The Gang of Five
Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

Yes, it's true!  I do own it.  In fact, I own both versions of it.  Both the Collector's Edition and the regular version.  There's not much difference between the two, just that the Collector's Edition holds some extras that play after the movie.

But DANG does it just look awesome on a Widescreen TV. :)

Seriously, if you get the chance, you've GOT to see it for yourself. :D

I've only got Journey through the mists on laser disc for $1 at a garage sale, but unfortunately I don't have a player to play it.

I got the Collector's Edition for $15 plus shipping and the regular version was part of a 4-movie bundle that cost me $24 plus shipping.  I got both on eBay.

I also have a player for them.  It cost me 99 cents plus shipping.

That wasn't a bad price for those items. Looks like a good deal.

Possibly, but right now, I need to keep track of my finances.  Having an apartment to myself is more expensive than I realized. -_-

Very true.  Maybe someday, if you do have an interest in getting more laserdiscs.

Very true, you can always do that later.   And you sometimes get great deals.
