"Go! Go! Go!" Captain Carson shouted as the last of the personnel were aboard. The shuttles began to lift off but the thugs continued chasing them.

"Stripetail," this is Captain Carson. "We've got Nick and Kerzach along with a few allies. Butó" She was cut off as an explosion rocked the shuttle. The two rear autocannons of the shuttle began to shoot at the attackers. "We're being pursued by what I assume are Chong's forces!"

he turned to the other members of the team who were eating ; time to get to work everyone ' have they found nick?' Dixie asked ' Yes, and the convoy is being attacked..

"We're going down!" the pilot of the shuttle that Nick and Kerzach were riding aboard shouted.

The pilot carefully steered the shuttle to a safe landing on a grassy skyland. He radioed Captain Carson. "Captain! I have been shot down! I need reinforcements!"

Drobot immediately took to the sky and joined the living planes and drone fighters in fending off Chong's troops.

The shuttle containing Dr. Zanasiu and Mr. Bigmouth landed next to them amd the troops aboard disembarked and began laying down some covering fire so Nick and Kerzach could be evacuated.

"I'm hit! I'm hit!" Captain Fairchild shouted as one of the thugs shot off the tip of his wing with a shoulder-fired missile. He retaliated with some rockets that reduced the repulsorsled to a fireball.

"I wonder how many will end up injured." Joe said from where he was sitting.

"I'm sure things will be ok. I'd hate to see the enemy. I bet there's lots of them who'll think twice about messing with us again." Gomamon said, wishing he had been in on the battle.

"Looks like they are heading back to the ship. Let's give them cover fire." Brooklyn said.

"Good idea." Jason said. He put together his pistols, they glowed and changed to a blaster carbine pistol, which he used. It gave him more firepower . Gallantmon & the others continued attacking the enemies, to give the others cover fire so they could get away.

raytchet came into view followed by spyro cynder wargreymon and wargreywomon ' ratchet fired laser fire at the attackers and knocked a few out of the sky

"Looks like extra help may be needed." Jason said. he concentrated, pulling his motherbox from the storage area his stuff was sent when he morphed. She was able to open a brief digiportal/boomtube so Grani could come from the digital world, which was the primary vehicle galllantmon used, when he used any at all.

"Yay, Grani." Gallantmon said, having the same personality as he did when he was Guilmon. Grani flew close so Gallantmon could hop on board.

2 others soon arrived. Someone in a phoenix version of the Gatchamaon outfit and Blackwargreymon.

"Sorry if we're late. We were busy." PhoenixJason said.

"Cleanup after helping Santa battle some vegetarian vampires from Venus." blackgreymon said before he went to join the battle.

"Vegerian vampires?" the blue ranger (Gnash) asked.

"Long story." PhoenixJason said as he threw a feather shuriken.

"Yea, Santa made a nose cap he could wear that let him also shoot lasers from his nose, when he let it up." PhonixJason said.

Sara dove out of the sky, breathing fire and tossing an ice ball that exploded, covering an area where the enemies were with ice, and some taking shrapnel damage from the rapidly moving particles of ice.

Mr. Bigmouth tossed his rifle aside and ducked down as he began to put together a heavy machine gun.

Missiles streaked into the sky as the soldiers shot at the thugs.

An explosion threw Dr. Zanasiu against the shuttle. Thanks to the magic augmenting his body, he was unhurt and resumed firing at the thugs with his shotgun.

"This is it men! Hoo-Hah!" Soldier fired a whole clip of rockets at a nearby group of thugs. Behind him, the Medic healed the demoman as he sticky jumped over to a nearby ledge.

Engineer took cover and built a dispenser for teammates to heal and grab ammo from.

Sniper was systematically picking off enemies with well-placed headshots. "Anyone got a bead on the commander?" he asked, scanning the battlefield for any foes standing out.

Spy glanced at a thug, memorized his appearance, and in seconds matched his every feature. He slinked off into enemy lines, hoping to pick an important target.

Dr. Zanasiu grabbed a box of shotgun shells from the dispenser. "Thanks!"

He ducked behind the repulsorsled as Heavy's Gatling gun roared to life, stitching the skies with bullets.

Mr. Bigmouth joined in with his heavy machine gun.

Captain Carson unpacked two rifle and several magazines of ammo from a crate in one of the shuttles.

"Nick! Kerzach! Defend yourself!" She tossed the empty rifles and the magazines to Nick and Kerzach.

Nick grab the gun and loaded it.
dulcy took and deep breath and let forth a fliurry of flame. spyro used ice and cynder used wind to knock away a thug
kopa jumped off his repulsorsled and knocked out a thung landing on top of him the armor absorbing the energy from landing on the ground. dixie and tigeress landed their repulsorsled near the shuttle and started covering the shuttle from the ground..

Terrafin erupted from the ground, jumping into the sky and slamming down on some enemies, "Feeding Frenzy!" He said, leaving behind some small of his race that looked like him, before he dove back into the ground again.

Skyburn breathed fire on some foes, staying in the air where he was.

Sara cast a spell before breathing fire, turning it into a temporary fire elemental sort of thing that ran among the enemies, burning as many as possible while the spell lasted.

Grani charged up an attack and fired it off while he & Gallantmon gained a bit of altitude.

Dr. Kerzach took cover behind the shuttle's armored side.

Captain Carson grunted as a few bullets struck her armored uniform. She shot a thug out of the sky with a well-aimed burst of gunfire.

The living planes passed by Sara. "Sara," Rainbow said. "We're out of ammo! Cover us while we head back to the starship!"

A missile streaked towards the living F-22 but a flare launched from her belly sent it veering off into the distance. The thug who fired the missile met a bloody end from Sniper's deadly headshot.

Drobot's armor was too heavy for the small bullets to pierce and most of missile wielding thugs had been killed.

Vitani acted her weapon and began to charge the enemy

the shuttle was pockmarked with bullets..
tigeress zapped a number of thugs with lightning and dixie threw fire balls.
- tiger and scooby ran around trying to drive the thugs away.
ratchet raked the enemy with rockets and blaster fire..
- so far the enemy was being driven back

attack the flying thugs;' stripetail's image appeared to the lions ' your armor will send out magical energy as you swipe at them. moreso if you can get them on the ground.. hurry' the wizard said.

"Got ya," Kiara nodded, pulling out her blaster. Incorporating skills she had learned in hunting, she was able to aim at the targets accurately.
