Sara putted her ball the remaining distance to the hole. "There, I'm doing."She said. "That was fun. I do hope we can do this again."She said. Sara did some stretching.

"What do you say we head to the inn and spend some time in the spa? I think that would do us some good." She said smiling. "and be sure we are relaxed and don't get any muscle cramps or anything from the mining we did earlier."

Captain Carson awoke after eight hours of refreshing sleep. Granted, she was still on Earth time and she still had quite a lot of time to kill. She opened the shades and saw that it was still dark outside. She looked at the bedside clock and compared it to her own PDA. Five hours -- Mawashi time -- to go.

The Human swore a bit as she sat down on the couch and decided to do some reading from Stripetail's archives that he had helpfully gave access to her.

It was then that her radio went off.

She picked it up and spoke. "Captain Carson here."

"Captain, we have received a superluminal transmission from Briggins. It's about two weeks old but it concerns the message that Mr. Bigmouth had salvaged from Phoenix."

Captain Carson smiled. "Thank you. Contact Stripetail immediately. Carson out."

In Stripetail's room, his radio began to sound a tone, indicating an incoming transmission.

Stripetail activated the radio " Hello Wizard. Dont know what time it is over there but i might as well let you know what I've been able to come up with ' Weyard, the planet- is not like any planet I've ever seen. its flat, and has water running off of it into space. from what I've been able to pull, it looks a bit like Earth, with continents and seas. full of magic and things called djinn. "Briggins said another name for Genies" Stripetail said ' Yeah, linked to the 4 major elements, fire , earth, wind and water. place is full of magic wizard, and powerful magic at that. No wonder that goat Chong went there.
Now according to my translation hes after something called the Umbra Gear., its incredibly powerful armor, which absorbs light from an area called the Apollo Sanctum. apparently that light is so intense that without the armor, you're toast in seconds. " So if Chong gets his claws on it, he'll use it on us' Stripetail mused.' yes, it would vaporize anyone who doesnt have the gear or protective magic armor, almost instantly.they'd be a pile of fine ash. course the light there is so bright, almost no one ever goes up there. But Chong, seems to be working on something that will get him there. you'll have to go there wizard and try to stop him..

Kitty had created a ring on the bed made out of pillow (of which the room had many) ok, from rreading some pamphlets i picked up while on the way here, you sumo using your guts, and your legs and strength.. and well a bunch of things.. you've packed on a lot of pounds..' yeah and even so i just made weight' i'm 260' Dixie said.
Kitty paused. ' well that means you'll be be spotting your opponents a big size advantage, at least 50 pounds, unless they are also on the small side. Anyway, lets get into our positions. Dixie got on the side opposite Kitty, and stretched " Sorry still not used to wearing this thing." Well Dix, you're going to be wearing it a lot. and in any case it pretty much the only thing locals here wear, at least from what I've seen.

Captain Carson looked over the specs and information about the Aestorican Glider, pausing occasionally to get a drink of tea or go to the bathroom. She nodded. The craft wasn't too different from the shuttles that the Spire used.

She had also looked at the intel that Briggins had shared and pondered how to best land the massive starship. Landing "underneath" Weyard and taking shuttles up to the the continent was out of the question as from what she gathered, very strong solar winds vaporized and swept the water away and recycled it back into the planet. The ship would never be able to handle that kind of force. Not to mention, the intense radiation was a significant hazard.

Further complicating things was that the map that had been sent via superluminal uplink was not detailed enough to show cities and other important structures. It would not do to land the starship on what she thought was an uninhabited area and find out that it was actually a city. Luckily, she did receive coordinates for the planet.

Ms. Swimmer was already up and doing some exercises in her heya. She had eaten a light meal of some rice and vegetables and was currently practicing her forms. In a few more hours, she'd have a more substantial meal of chankonabe.

One of the workers came back with a heart-shaped glass vial containing a translucent pink fluid. He placed the item in front of Chong,

Another worker came back with two black lacquer cases in his hands. The top case was open to reveal a total of eight metal throwing spikes -- four in the lid and four in the base. The spikes were nestled in red velvet and they sparked occasionally.

Impressive" Chong said looking at the gathered supplies ' wjere did you find this?' he asked picking one of the throwing spikes up and throwing it into an overturned table. the spike glowed then let off a huge charge of electricity turning the table to a heap of wood pieces.

I was at her wedding.. and was a teammate of hers in the Laffalympics' Arlene said "well I'm a teammate of her as well, in the .. superhero gig, the wizard has going for us.' Tigeress said. think we may have run into each other at the wedding, but i'm not sure, there were so many people there.

Soon, a spiked seed, some crystalline powder and a clear vial filled with a yellowish oil were placed on the table. Another item placed on the table was red bow with ornate dragon carvings on it.

One of the librarians approached the group. "All of you! Get out! You've been occupying the library for the past few weeks! And now you've destroyed one of the tables! Get--"

The librarian backed down as two of the workers drew their pistols and pointed them at his face. "Er, I suppose I can allow you to stay for a while longer." He gulped and hastily excused himself.

Captain Carson welcomed Ratchet, Angela, Stitch, Angel, Agumon and Agumina to her room.

She was dressed in her usual powered uniform. Granted, it looked just like her ordinary captain's uniform. She chose to forgo her captain's hat...that would be worn when she was piloting the Aestorican Glider.

"So are we all here and ready to go or shall we eat breakfast first?"

The music lessons done Jason then went to the main water storage in the Phoenix. He took out a magic pitcher with runes etched on it in ancient dragon that was made from Uru metal. He turned it upside down.

"Fill this with essential water." He said and Magical essence of water started to pour from the pitcher at high amounts, but with no force behind it. It didn't take long to fill it. Once done he handed his enchanted pitcher to Guilmon.

"There, that should take care of any water problems and give them some extra as well." Jason said to Guilmon.

"Yea." Guilmon said. he said the name of his favorite drink so the pitcher would give him that and poured some into his mouth. "Yum."

At Chong's command, the two workers with him holstered their pistols and followed the mage out of the library.

"Sir, shall we do research back inside the starship?" one of them asked.

Another worker arrived with a large plate of Kaochao dumplings. "I brought lunch. There's a tea shop that sells all sorts of food and herbs. Some of which have magical properties."

"Hey Spike. Ready to continue?" a miner asked as she finished her meal of catfish sandwich.

"You know, Spike." Twilight's voice came over the viewscreen of the communication booth. "I never noticed how Captain Carson sounds kind of like Nightmare Moon."

Raucous laughter broke out among the miners at Twilight's comment.

"Oh come now, Twi," a miner said. "You don't really think Captain Carson is evil just because she has this coarse, heavy contralto, do you?"

Captain Carson helped herself to one pancake. Granted, the pancake was roughly the size and shape of a tire. She stood on the chair to pour maple syrup and sprinkle blueberries over it.

"So anyone want to share the pancakes?" she asked.

True to Twilight's assessment, Captain Carson did have a husky and rather gruff contralto voice.

"Hmm, maybe she is the version of Nightmare Moon of this place, like you have another version of yourself in that Canterlot High School place. After all who says that the Nightmare Moon version here can't be a non villain type?"
