So the film is retaining it's 2D animation, that's really cool. Not a lot of shows or animated movies are doing that these days.

Considering that it's been over 9 months since the last time anyone posted in this topic (and ten days short of a full year since anyone posted in the RP itself), I think it's safe to say that this RP has quietly been discontinued. Just as well for me, as I'm no longer willing to devote any time to an RP. If people are still interested in the idea behind this particular RP, I would recommend a reboot. (I'm sure there are some newer members who would be interested in trying something like this.)
If I remember correctly, this RP originally started back in mid-2009, so to see it last as long as it did, almost five years, is actually quite remarkable, in my opinion.
I was referring to Joseph's comment.I apologize for that.
Considering that Jurassic World and Land Before Time are of different audience types, for the most part, I doubt that Jurassic World has much to do with it, other than that maybe they thought that the timing might help their OWN marketing. I doubt they would care otherwise.Who says I was referring to Jurassic Park? They've been planning on a fourth film for years, so that was going to happen anyway. I was referring to other cartoons that concluded years ago.
I admittedly have mixed feelings about it, namely because it's been so long since the last one. So to suddenly have another movie seems strange.A lot of franchises are making a comeback lately, especially in these last few years. I kind of expected this to happen, because of that reason.
But part of me does feel that they wouldn't be making the effort if they didn't want to at least try something new, so we'll have to see.
(Unless this is all just part of the marketing for Jurassic World, which I wouldn't really have a problem with either).
