Grandma looked back at the rock Nahla was hiding behind, and sighed. She thought this couldn't happen to her again, but it did. She had lost another little one too soon.

"Jenna... it... it's too late," Grandpa said gravely, looking down hopelessly at Littlefoot.

Lily just lay there next to Taro, looking at the motionless body with tears flowing from her eyes. It was too much of sad reminder of why she was here.
"I'm sorry," she said quietly, but she seemed to say it to nobody in particular.

Nahla laid behind the rock sobbing,no would care about her and come over so she let her tears fall "It's not fair! How come he died? I was the one who wanted to die! Why can't I fall a rock and end my life? I want to die" she said in what she thought was whisper but which came out a scream.

"There's nothing you can do about it, little one," said Grandma. "And if I have to face one more death..." she couldn't finish her sentence, instead just sobbing harder, more hurt by what Nahla had just said..

"You can't just say things like that," Lily said to Nahla. "Don't you already know how upset they are? If you ask for death they're going to just not listen because as far as they're concerned it's completely wrong! I know because I've done it... and I nearly lost my only good friend by doing so. You need to stop this, you're just hurting them even more than they can bare... please..."
