Cera came up beside him "How about we play a game? if your up for it of course" Cera said trying to be nice even she didn't like to be in front of others but she'd saw how disappointed he was and thought she'd try to give a postive side for once.

Rhett smiled at Ali. "Well okay I'll see you later then Ali" Rhett said. Shorty had to smile at Rhett. When he first met Rhett he seemed like an arrogant cocky jerk. But he was beginning to like this new Rhett more and more.

"Littlefoot what ever you said to him good job"Shorty said to Littlefoot noticing a big change of attitude in Rhett ever since he talked to Littlefoot privatelty.

"That sounds like a great idea. I'm up for it. I'm up for just about any game you want to play"Rhett said feeling a little bit better. He could tell Cera was doing a nice thing for him by helping to cheer him up.

Ali and her mother reached the end of the valley, and exited though a breach in the wall... It was just large enough to fit an adult longneck through, Ali realized that the herd would have to line up in single file to squeeze through this opening...
"Mother... I really like it there... I wish we didn't have to leave..' She said.. 'You said that the last time too my dear... One day the herd will settle down in a place like that... a place safe and peaceful.... But we're migraters Ali, we're constantly moving ...'

_The pair of longnecks crossed through a wide forest, which climbed up in elevation as they walked.. Anne saw no dangers from what she saw, but she was stioll not satidsfied. Danger was a constant threat out here.. "Ali, If we encounter any Sharpteeth, you must flee back to the great Valley at once. I will to try to buy you time to get away' she said softly to Ali.

How about having a racing game. each of us will race someone down a set course, there's 9 of us, so one group will include 3. the winners of each race will race against each other and 3rd and final race will take place between the winners of the second race. The overall winner will get special prize.." Littlefoot said.

"Don't worry Chomper this isn't about winning this is just about having a good time and having fun. I'm in" Ruby said.

The Two longnecks reached the top of theof the forest which ended quickly on the other side. In the distance Anne sould see small shapes coming closer. Suddenly her eyes fklew open wide, those were raptors! They were numerous and they clearly had seen them. "ALI!' Anne called. "You must get back to the valley as soon as possible. Hurry! Run!' She Turned and Ali did too. The Raptors were now clearly visible, they were terribly fast! Ali didn't have time to marvel at thier speed. her maother had started to run and it was all she could do to keep place. Ali had never seen her mother run like this before. "We;re in big trouble aren't we?" She thought to herself as she ran, the raptors now were begining to scale the hill.

Cera said a bit concerned about her reactions from her father from the last time she'd got into alot of trouble from the Log running game not wanting the same reaction from her father even she remember him saying Threehorns can do anything if they put their minds to it. This made her quite confused in joining or not joining the game.

Petrie, SHorty, and Rhett, gasped when Littlefoot asked if Cera was to scared to race. There were a certain amount of things to never say to someone like Cera and saying that she might be to scared to do something was one of those things. Petrie flew behind Shorty expecting Cera to explode with rage and anger.

"I know, I've seen you run" Littlefoot replied. So they went across the valley to lone tree, this was to be the starting point. Littlefoot scraped a line in the dirt with his foot. We start behind this line, when one of the others say "Go" We start running." He then walked past the pond, up a small hill and down to two small trees. "This will be the middle of the race, once you reach here you touch the tree and turn around.." Littlefoot said. He then turnned away from the first hill and moved to a larger hill. This was the hill they would climb on the way back. once they got to the other side, then it was basically a straight sprint to the lone tree.
"Alright Everyone knows the rules... So Ruby, let's get to the start line..' Hecsaid to Ruby.

Meanwhile, things were going from bad to worse for Ali and Her mother. Try as they could, they could not outrun the pursuing raptors. They had reached the bottom of the hill, but now the rators were fast on thier heels, and Ali was gettibg tired, she was not used to running this fast for this long. "Ali!: Her mother cried out. "I will give you time to escape! Hurry! Anne stooped and turned to face the raptors. "No! Mother!' Ali Screamed. "Ali, do as i say! Get the Herd! Hurry! If you don't then you'll be eaten!' Ali's face was rigid with terror, then she began running again. Soon this was a reteating figure in the distance.
_ Anne turned to the raptors. "Alright you brutes! Try and get me!' She said coldly,whipping her tail in readiness for the battle to come..

"Scardy egg" Cera said to herself now proud that she one better then Littlefoot he not going to even race her first showing she'd had the guts and he didn't in her view.

Some movement above on the ledges high at the top moved around and then rocks started falling in the path of the raptors causing more of the loose rocks to fall completely closing off the path to the Raptors and Anne. A few dinosaurs on either side of where the rocks was could only be bearly seen through the sun shining directly down in Anne's view and then they disappear out of view. (I hope this is ok. the dinosaurs are fast runners that lived near the valley and know of raptors in the area and helped out the Longneck Anne by knocking down some rocks to enclose that path up before they got to her seeing how she was out numbered by them. if not I just delete that part)
