I have seen Cyrix in a fight, but I have no idea of Longtail's abilities, they " may have a chance if the scouting party is small." - He then went closer to Longtail and Cyrix. - "Try not making any kills, because it will be a terrible idea if some of Scarface's herd partners result dead... that will infuriate the entire herd."

"That is certainly true." Diver said, a bit scared of the whole idea, wishing they were close to where Deon's herd was, they'd be safe there.

Cyrix nodded and said, "Okay, we will be careful. And I'll make sure Longtail is safe as well. Besides, killing was never something I liked doing anyway."

Longtail smiled and just looked back at his friends, knowing that he would be careful because they asked it of him.

Cayso suddlenly smiled and commented - "I just got curious about that Flyer. But we must not get overconfident, who knows if there are more members of Scarface's herd nearby."

Scarface knew that Longtail wanted to do everything for his friends now, because they saved his life. But that didn¥t change anything of the fact, that he went after them in some distance. I really hope they aren¥t doing something silly, Scarface thought and sighed.

Then he finally catched up with them, but didn¥t say any word. He sniffed in the air again and the scent of his herd-members became stronger and stronger.

Boy... I hope they will do okay, Ecco said.

But with some relief as he knows the whole group is ready for everything and if the worse could happen, they will not be unprepared.

Longtail smiled, but sighed as he turned to face Scarface.
"Thank you for coming with us...I'm...just a bit anxious to test myself after being useless for so long." Said Longtail putting an emphasis on the word useless.

Cyrix too had to give his say as well. "Your knowledge would help us here. Thank you for coming to aid us like this Scarface."

From behind some bushes, still at a prudent distance from the newcomers, a Fast-biter is looking, vigilant and cautious he checks on the targets - "A little Flyer, a Rainbowface and.... this is not possible, Scarface?" - the sharptooth thinks, as he moves to find a partner in the scouting party, not making any sounds he whispered, - "You have to see this, Scarface is bringing food!".

The Fast-biter is a young adult male named Swiftclaw, he has red eyes and his body is dark green with yellow that goes from his throat to the tail tip.

Don¥t worry Longtail. Sometimes it¥s better to be careful. And I know about what I am talking, my herd is always hungry. It won¥t be easy to convince them that you are our friends. And, well, I am not that liked in the herd as well.

See there see there, another Raptor replied to Swiftclaw.

The Raptor¥s name is Brandor. He has green eyes and a darkblue body. with a red stripe on the upper and the lower side.

The useless Scarface isn¥t that useless as all, he said and grinned.

Longtail frowned and said, "Well that's not fair, your herd should treat you better. And don't worry, as long as uncle Cyrix and I speak sharptooth, we should be able to prove we aren't dangerous.

A third sharptooth was watching as Scarface continued walking with these two potential meals. "Hehe...so he decided to prove himself...this should be interesting."
This sharptooths name hadn't been spoken in some time, but he did have a nickname and it was: Darkness, and only because his eyes were pure black, and had no irisis'.

Darkness didn't even bother to respond. He simply licked his lips, flexed his claws, and tensed his muscles for the approaching 'easy meal'.

Good, then it¥s settled. Brandor grinned and flexed his claws as well. As the others were nearby he shouted: NOW!!! He made a jump and attacked Longtail first, because he thought he would be the easiest one to fight, since he is the youngest one. He made him a little scar with his claw from his foot at the shoulder and kicked him in the throat. After he landed again he turned to Scarface. Looks like you brought food to us, that¥s very kind of you, Brandor said and grinned.
