Cayso looked at Diver and told her - "Maybe I can really understand your story, because... something similar happened to me, I have friends in the Great Valley, thanks to them I am still alive. And I know they keep my existence in secret too, because I can guess most dinosaurs would find it too unbelievable, or even dangerous... if the Sharptooth friends decide to come back." - Cayso's voice was very serious, there was even sadness since he misses his friends so much.

Diver goes over to pat one of Cayso's legs. "It is ok. Things will get better." She said. Then she looked up. "Maybe your friends in the Great Valley can, at certain times sneak out of the Great Valley and you can meet them in a certain agreed upon spot. At certain agreed on times." Diver said, leaving out how she had gotten the idea and pretending she had just gotten it.

Longtail smiled.
"Yeah, Swiftclaw thats a great idea! Now we just have to find a mother fastbiter. Do you know where we can find one?" he asked with a smile.

"Well whatever you all decide is fine by me. I just want to help however I can, no matter the cost." He then turned to face Cayso and asked, "Who is Deon....and why does that name sound like I should know it from somewhere?"

Ecco stepped behind Cayso and laid a hand on his shoulder. He could see that the kid is sad. Don¥t worry Cayso. You¥ll see your other friends soon enough again. But first, we have to save your brother with the nightflower, he said and holded them in front of his chest.

"Yes, I do know where we can find a mother Fast-biter, but we need to be cautious, she can be very ferocious if she see us as threats, so we must be cautious." - Swiftclaw grabbed both Longnecks Longtail hunted down - "Is this way, and then we can go where your friends are... if they haven't crushed my herd-partners." - he said with a grin.

Cayso smiled as he felt the support. - "I've been kinda silly, of course things will get better!... I now know all I have to do, starting by waiting for Longtail to return with Swiftclaw so I can deliver the Nightflowers!." - The kid's face filled with renewed determination. As he heard Darkness' question, Cayso replied - "Well, I don't know him yet, it is Diver who has met him."

Mim nods, "Yes, your brother will be better once he eats some nightflowers, though it may taste a bit better if he eats a little meat with them since he's a sharptooth." She said.

"Yea," Ali said, "I bet to a sharptooth green food tastes icky." She said.

I can tell that this is true, Brandor said. Well, but that¥s how it is I think. Our kinds like meet, and your kinds like this greenfood.

Ecco smiled a bit at Caysos sentence to be more positive now. All will turn into good, just be patient, he said.

Cayso looked with curiosity, and began thinking - "I didn't think about that before... maybe I could use something the Herd may have hunted to give the Nightflowers to my brother."

Swiftclaw and Longtail were walking with a fast pace for some minutes, until the Fast-biter began walking more slowly and whispered - "Look, there she is Longtail." - Some meters beyond there was a little cave, in there it can be seen (thanks to the Night Circle) a female grown-up Fast-biter with 3 hatchlings.

Mim nods, "He'll be ok in no time I'm sure." She said to keep Cayso's spirit up and since she had seen the effects of the night flower and how quickly the person responded to it.

"I wonder what they will think of us." Diver said a bit worriedly.

"Well Diver, I can just answer for myself... but I am sure that when they see what you all have done to save my brother, then I am sure you'll all become allies of the Herd." - Cayso said, smiling at the Swimmer - "my friend Ecco never had problems with my Herd, I've met him in the past, and we got to survive some adventures... my Herd knows that Leafeaters are not just prey, as other Sharpteeth may think. You'll be safe with them."

It really will be okay, Ecco said to Diver as he knelt down to take her in his hands to have her on eyelevel. I was several times with Caysos herd. They even showed me how they are hunting and all that stuff. It¥s really interesting. And they are a kind bunch of raptors. It¥ll be alright, so don¥t worry, Ecco said and smiled to keep Diver¥s hopes up.
