Though I'll likely get cussed out for this on wikipedia it claims he's a Hypsilophodon. No idea if it is true or not nor what the common term for those are. Just offering up an opinion of whoever posted to wikipedia.

I've lost all care over what the scientific name of the species are... they can argue and fight all they want over what kind of Duckbill Ducky is.. but I know ducky as Ducky =) and besides.. nothing in this universe fits logical history or explanation.. so why be so serious about it?

I find it easier to say, Ducky's type, Petrie's type. A flier but not the same species as whatever Petrie is, Ruby's type, ect. which one is Hyp anyway, I can never remember which of those bullies is which.

Aves will speak up about that but that should be ok, how about age catagory? Maybe like Petrie's colors but a few shades difference here or there. Though those sorts of details are between you and Aves. Hope you have fun in the rp.

That was one of the age options he gave.

Teens - are a bit more developed and between the size of children and adults
Adults - are fully developed and at full dino size

if you mean what size, if you want to do a teen, you can just pick some size somewhere between Petrie and his mother's size. I doubt dinos keep track like, "I'm 13, I"m 16"

You could do shades of green, shades of blue, or other colors. Do you have some favorite colors, those may be able to be used, or your hair or eye color.

I will most likely do a black-and-white coloring at the very least. I need an iris color, though. Should it be black, white, or one of each? Or maybe a different color altogether?
