Odon and Spikefoot watch in surprise of the superior wave coming at them from another and more older pair of swimmers and could only try to brace themselves as the spikethumbs were hit hard by the wall of water. When the water recedes, Odon was knocked off his feet and his brother wobbled a little from the impact. The spikethumbs look at each before breaking into laughter.

"I guess we had that coming!" Odon says as he gets back up.

"That was a good one!" Spikefoot called over to the red scaled swimmers.

Goanna got drenched again by the wave's leftovers, but she too began to laugh, soon joined by Guan, Donna, and Littlefoot, whom had also been hit by the spikethumbs' wave.

"If this is what they call fun," Guan chuckled, dripping with water, "I'd hate see how they fight!"

Donna looks up to see the old swimmer as he was walking away. "Is that the old swimmer your dad was talking about?" she asks Turio.

"Yeah that is, he is oldest swimmer he live in lake all his life from what father said." Turio nods and the two adult swimmers go into the water and go off to have a swim near the middle of the lake taking them a few moments to get there because of the distance to travel.

"Looks like they going for a swim. Red Scale swimmers knew to be the best swimmers of our kind" Ducky's mum said watching them go

"Yes I heard that too. very strong swimmers stronger us" Sam said standing next to Ducky's mum.

Zila looked at the laugh spikethumbs "That was a good laugh even Topsy laughing his head off" Zila looks

Tops and Cera laughing with water dripping off their scales finding it quite amuzing.

Even Grandpa and Grandma were laughing as well from the sight, while Spike continues to munch away from the trees.

Spikefoot and Odon rejoin Goanna back on the shore.

"Now that's settled," Spikefoot says after a chuckle, "are you going to behave yourself?"

"Yes Daddy," Goanna replied, "I'll be good this time."

"Alright then. You can go play with the others."

Goanna smiles and regroups with her siblings and friends.

"So what should we do next?" Littlefoot asks.

"I'm going to follow those swimmers' example and go for a swim," Guan answered, and heads off towards the lake, enjoying the swim out towards the center of the lake. It takes him thrice the time for him to reach it, due to his kinds' lack of expert swimming.

"I wonder if there's any other games we could play as well," Donna replies, watching her big brother leave. "Wave Splash looks a little too rough for me."

Twins Sila and Jila sees a fruit growing for a tree one of them take a stone and throw one over to his sister Jila and she hits it with her tail into the tree knocking the round hard fruit to the ground.

"How about knocking this hard fruit around?" Sila asked them.

"I don't mind" Cera smiled "Good enough game for me."

"As long as Spike doesn't try to eat it," Donna giggled, then stops. "If it is safe for eating anyway..."

Spikefoot and Odon rejoins the other adults in watching the kids play. Spikefoot manages to see his swim off to deeper waters. "Looks like Guan has the right idea," he says. "A calm and easy swim will do good for us."

Old swimmer walked in the water standing there looking at the water flowing he then walks to the deep area diving in showing even he was old he still a very good swimmer.

"So up for a swim?" Zila asked Spikefoot and Odon.

"Why not?" replied Spikefoot, and walks into the water, soon followed by Odon.

Watch his father and uncle coming into the water as well, Guan turns around and swims back to them. "This water is nice and cool," he says.

"And very clear," added Odon as he begins to swim around.

Meanwhile Littlefoot picks up the hard fruit with his tail tossing it to Goanna, who knocks it back up in the air.

the twins ran for it both wasn't watching what they was going and ran into each other with a loud thud and the others burst out laughing with the twins Sila and Jila sitting up laughing as well

"Grr... those leafs make me sneeze everytime I get near them... I must figure out a way to get through them. If they think I will give up they got nothing coming. I am the smartest sharptooth ever! and I will get my prey... Chaser all ways does" he said with a dark look in his green eyes.

Donna quickly regain her senses when the hard fruit lands near the twins, running in to toss it back up into the air at Tops and Cera.

Back near the center of the lake, Spikefoot, Odon, and Guan continue to swim in the crystal clear water until they come across one of the small islands nearby, where the spikethumbs stop to rest their feet.

"Nice little islands you can see the whole lake from here" Zila said looking from one shore to the other and they notice a blueish haze above the walls of the lake area in the right back areas.

"Wow look where the herd you came in is" Sila and Jila points to one of the islands "Spikethumbs was good but I didn't know they was that good."

The spikethumbs look around the greater beauty of the lake around where they stand.

"We certainly don't get a view like that back at our old home," replied Odon.

"We used to live at a place called Sky Blue Lake," Donna responded. "Our herd used to do a lot of swimming, and my family does it alot for our training to protect ourselves from the sharpteeth. I'm not quite old enough to swim deep underwater yet."

"Sky Blue Lake was destroyed long ago," Goanna added. "Other than a few deep watering holes back in the Great Valley, we haven't gotten much in the way of training."

"This lake was made by a big ice rock in the sky long time again and that... oh here it is" Sila stopped seeing the rain clouds come over and it starts raining.

"Yep the nice cool rain comes so often that we get use to it. we been in here for a while now waiting for the big moment" Jila smiled.

"Well we got cool rain now it all nice" Zila smiled looking up at the sky.

Feeling the refreshing rain falling down upon them, the older spikethumbs watch around them.

"This feels like one of the best places to be if you like being out in that sky water," says Spikefoot.

"No kidding," Guan replied, lying down on his back to enjoy the rainfall.

"This is so much cooler than back at that Valley of Mists we walked past a long time ago," Goanna says while sitting down to watch the rain.

"You guys went to the Valley of Mists?" Littlefoot asks.

"Only when we were heading to the Great Valley," Donna replied. "You went there before?"

"Um...only once. We had to get something to help my Grandpa when he was sick."

"It's not one of the best places to be," Goanna responded. "Too dangerous, even for a family of four."

Grandpa and Grandma watch as the rain falls down upon the lake before deciding to take a swim themselves. They treaded into the water carefully as they slowly submerge into deeper waters.

Odon and Spikefoot look over to watch Littlefoot's grandparents head into the lake as well.

"I was wondering how long they were going to stand there before joining us," Spikefoot chuckled.

"Well, another longneck herd used to live there," Littlefoot started, "until something changed it into a land that's no longer safe. Just a muddy, misty, and unsafe swamp."

"That must have been before we arrived at the Great Valley," Donna said.

"Soon I guess" Zila chuclked as well and then pushes Odon into the lake. Odon surfaces and Zila laughs a bit.

"I wouldn't like that... changing lands this land been here for a very very long time" Sila said to them

"How long?" Turio asked.

"our dad say it been here since our great grandparents was alive and maybe feather no one knows how long it been here like this" Jila said looking around at the lake

Odon surfaces for air and looks at Zila, then submerges underwater, soon jumping out of the water at Zila and tackles the swimmer, taking them both into the water.

Spikefoot and Guan watch in astonishment as Odon's jump cleared over both of them and moved to take cover from the huge spray of water from where the two adult dinosaurs hit.

Odon resurfaces with Zila, laughing hard.

"Does the old swimmer know how long," Donna asks. "Since he does live here all his life..."

"Wow!" cried Goanna, looking from the shore at the island where the others were. "Uncle Odon just tackled Zila off that island!"

Tops rolled his eyes "Those two at it again if only I was my normal size... I would be invovled..." Tops grumbled.

"Well he lived he all his life yes but I do not know if he will answer" Sila said to them

"Yeah he takes his age well personally" Jila nods.

"You know better than to try and catch me off guard," Odon laughed as he climbed back out of the water. He offers his tail to Zila to pull him onto the island.

"It never amazes me that you two and Tops would still act like hatchlings," Spikefoot smirked.

"Like you were any better when you were young," Odon remarked.

Guan only shook his head and smiled.

"Who often wins the wrestling match between you three?" Littlefoot asks Tops.

"Well we all still having a bit of a laugh and soon as Tops is back to normal better watch out for the tri" Zila laughed as he got out the water.
