Rime's eyes brightened as he heard Nick's suggestion. He radioed Strut. "Hey can you get some demo charges."

Dr. Zanasiu looked at Nick. "If Shurlups can excavate this tunnel, sealing the tunnels may not stop them unless you totally collapse the lair and bury everyone of them alive."

"Good thinking," Taiga said. He turend to his brother.

Wataru raised his arms and pulled on Tatsulot's horn four times in quick succession. A bright yellow glow surrounded him as he grew slightly in size. Wings were the first thing to appear from the light, followed by the rest of the dragon-like creature. It was gold and red, just like Wataru's Emperor Form and resembled it quite a bit. His body resembled a cross bat with large red wings, a long red bat-like tail and a red head with two white pupilless eyes on the side of his head, while three green eyes ran up his crest. He roared and spat out a fireball, which exploded as it hit a tunnel and buried the entrance.

The werewolf, fishman, and Frankstein monster head over to the group, each morphing into a human form. The werewolf became an Asian man dressed in a tuxedo, though he didn't bother with a tie. The fishman became a boy wearing a salior's outift, while the purple brute turned into an Asian man dressed in a tuxedo with shoulder length hair.

"I'm Spyro," the purple dragon said.

"I'm Cynder," she introduced herself. "Where we came from, dragons are kind of the ruling species. We'd never seen creatures like you until we got here."

"How many dragons are there in your world?' merlin asked. "I'm curious, that is all.'

Bury them alive or at least cut them off from the surface for a long time. By the time they get back to the Surface, the cafe will have been moved." Nick replied.

Wataru spat several more fireballs burying the rest of the tunnels, before he shrank back into Emperor Form and dropped to the floor.

"We can bury the tunnel on the surface just as little bit of extra precaution," Nago suggested.

"Shall I call Strut back?" Rime asked.

"Grenades could prove useful if we are attacked by some other hostile force." Dr. Kerzach said.

"You seem to be young dragons, are you the only dragons of your age?' Merlin continued. "If so, then your race is in serious trouble. dragons in your world will go extinct, if there aren't enough young dragons to supplement the population.."

"No, there are a few others," Spyro said, though he sounded uncertain. He had never thought that dragons might go extinct.

The two Kivats and Tatsulot detached from their partners and Taiga and Wataru's armor disppeared, while Nago disconnected the IXAknuckle from the belt and dematierilazed his own armor.

"I'm sure Stripetail-san could also do something to make it harder for them to escape," Wataru said.

"i would hope so" Merlin nodded, as Stripetail came up to them. "Guys its time for the third challenge. Putting up with Sparx , in a closet for an hour. Go pick who you want to send as your competitor. the team who lasts the longest wins. If both teams make the full hour, it will go down as a tie.."

"Hey, Strut! get the demo charges I have an idea!" Rime said into the radio. He then turned to Wataru. "We'll place explosive charges in the entrance to further discourage the Shurlups from leaving."

"I'll go for my team," Spyro said instantly. If anyone could stand Sparx yammering for an hour he could.

"If you want, I can place a guard of sorts over the shurlup as well," Taiga said walking towards the tunnel that led to the surface.

Whatever methods you feeel are necessary, you can use them.." Nick said fiirmly as they made thier way to the surface. Shaggy put the knife away and looked relieved. Nani put her gun away, and brushed the hair out of her face. "I'm taking my group home after the contest is over" She said. "We should have enough gas to make it back

Armor down' Stitch said, and the heavy armor vanished. he patted himself to make sure it was gone, and smiled "Mesa not wearing THAt again" He said pinching his nose with a claw.

"You could always have Castle Doran burrow under them and just collapse the entire tunnel system on them," the man who had turned into the blue werewolf said in a bored voice.

Wataru grinned at Stitch. "That's exactly what I thought when I first used the Kiva armor." He frowned. "I also thought that several times afterwards too..."

Alright , Spyro is going for the boys.. Girls, who is going for you?' Stripetail looked at cynder and Dixie. "Once we get your answer, then we''ll flip a coin to see who goes first."
I'm going" Dixie said. "I'm sure I can put up with Sparx for awhile.."

Cynder sighed and watched as Spyro and Dixie went over to observe the coin toss. She glanced over at the pen that contained the shurlups. "What about the others? They're still fighting the shurlups aren't they?"

"Nope, we finished them off," Kivat said, swooping into the room followed by Tatsulot.

"We sealed them off underground," Tatsulot said.

Bart pulled out a quarter from his pocket "This is heads" He showed the front, this is tails" hey showd its reverse. "Call it in the air Spyro" He said Flipping the coin in the air.

"It does sound pretty unfortunate indeed." The Tourist said.

"We had a pretty nasty war recently," Cynder replied. "So it's probably just limited to our area, there are probably more dragons living off in some other corner of it."

"Tails," Spyro said.

Tatsulot and Kivat darted back out into the dining room where the group was crowded around the tunnel entrance.

"How's it going?" Kivat asked.

Tails, is the call' Bart said as the coinl flipped in the air abnnd fell, still turning over, and landed on the ground. An eagle holding a clawful of arrow was visible. "It is tails" Bart announced. "So, do you want to go first or second?' He asked.

We just saved in the tunnelsm, so it will take awhile for them to get out' Nick said.
