"Some time ago, my Herd was forced to abandon their home place known as Green Haven, by following herds of Leaf-eaters that left after the leafs began to die. I hatched just before the exodus and, much later, I was separated from my herd because of a giant earthshake; I made some friends... of the leaf-eater herds we were pursuing..." - Cayso gave a small smile, but rapidly changing the look on his face into a more serious one. - "... too many things happened then, including that we found Greyclaw... and I..." - Cayso looked at Cyrix - "I am Greyclaw's grandson, and I am his Heir."

Cyrix sighed at the information he'd just heard and he sighed. He then looked at the ground for a moment trying to think of a proper response, and suddenly he had it! He looked up at Cayso with a sad face and asked "Your...his heir. I-I can't believe it...but...I know you're telling the truth."
Cyrix looked at Casyso for a few moments and then said, "That must be a burden for you....but...would you like to know what happened to Longtail's home island two cold times after he hatched Cayso? It happens to deal with Greyclaw."

Cayso hesitated for a moment, he looked at Longtail and then he looked back at Cyrix, but he was afraid to ask, finally, Cayso made up some courage and decided to ask Cyrix. - "Wha... what happened at that time? I'd like to know."

Okay then. Ecco answered. I¥ll let you know if I need some more help to carry the sticks. But for now, it¥s okay. We can head back to Longtail and the others now.

Sure, Ruby said. We can look over there,.. and she pointed in a direction where many trees grew.

Cyrix sighed and began to tell what he knew.
"I can tell you exactly what happened because I was there Cayso. It was a cloudy day...the bright circle barely coming through. Then this ear hurting scream filled the air, and out of the forest on Longtail's island came Greyclaw. Several of the island elders moved to fight him off, and got him near a smoking mountain. But then...."

He paused for a moment and continued by saying: "Then...he raised his head and roared into the sky...and as if he had called it himself, a flying rock came crashing down, through the sky, and landed right on our island. Everything was on fire in moments, and as I escaped I could see Longtail's mother trying to carry him away from the danger. But...Greyclaw...he wouldn't let that happen....so, he....threw a rock that was still on fire into the air, that rock killed Longtail's mother that day."

Cyrix sighed and said "Longtail....still has bad sleep stories about that day. I...I just wish I could've done more to help...everyone." Cyrix then looked at Cayso and said, "No one knows, if Greyclaw survived or not....but it's rumored he did."

Littlefoot nods, "Lets go back, but take our time so we do not drop anything or trip." Littlefoot said as he walked beside Ecco. "With so many looking we are bound to have some great sticks to use." Littlefoot said.

Mim nodded, "Let's go and look." Mim said as she started over in the direction at a casual walking speed.

Cayso didn't know what to say at all, he just looked towards Longtail - "Are you... telling me that my grandfather... killed his mother and made that disaster!?" - Then he closed his eyes as he bared his teeth in anger - "That's not possible!" - and forgetting the pain caused by his injuries, Cayso suddenly stood up - "That is not something someone that belongs to my herd would do!" - the kid's eyes were filled by a combination of anger, fear and confussion. After some moments, he said. - "Greyclaw is still alive, when I found him it was far after the disaster you told me about.... but you'll never know from me where he is; not if your nephew is ever going to find out what happened... and try to do something that can be a fatal mistake."

Cyrix sighed and gently pulled Cayso back down to the grass as he said, "Cayso...I'm not looking for revenge. What's done is done...I can't change what has already happened, and Longtail believes Greyclaw is dead, so he has no reason to go looking, and as far as knowing where he is...I know too." He smiled and said "Now rest...you'll need it!"

Ruby walked next to Mim. I am sorry for my silence, she said. I am just thinking about the sparring match Cayso and Longtail had. It was,... kinda impressive.

Cayso felt how Cyrix made him sit again, but he still had those sensations, but he knew Cyrix was right, the past is in the past. Cayso took a breathe and said - "Then it is decided,... we'll keep what we know about Greyclaw a secret." - Cayso then yawned - "that should... keep us ... all safe".
The Fast-bitter suddenly could no longer keep his eyes opened and he curled up to sleep for a bit.

Littlefoot continued walking along Ecco, "We did well today." He said to Ecco as they continued walking along back to where they had left Longtail and the others.

Mim nods, "It was very Impressive and intense as well. Hopefully if there are any other sparring matches they'll be a bit less intense." Mim said as the walked along. She bent to pick up a stick that looked like a good one.

Cyrix smiled as he watched Cayso curl up and fall asleep. He then whispered to himself. "Of course Cayso...this is our personal secret. You have my word."

He then looked around at the trees around them and wondered what was taking the others so long to return. "I'm worrying over nothing...they will be back any moment now I'm sure." He said to himself to calm down.

I just can agree with you in this point, Ruby answered while picking up a stick which looked well for making a travelling nest.

Finally Ecco arrived at the place where they left Longtail, Cyrix and Cayso. Hey, we are back. I hope we got enough sticks for the travelling nest. Ecco said.

Littlefoot returned with Ecco. He walked over and put the sticks he was carrying down near where Cyrix was. "We seem to be done. Now we just have to wait for the others." Littlefoot said. He looked around, "I wonder how long they'll take." He said.

Mim noded as she walked along with Ruby looking from time to time around at the ground . She picked up a stick that she saw that looked more like it would be a good one. She then looked at Ruby, "Do you think you have enough or would you rather look around a bit longer?" She asked.

Cyrix smiled and replied "They can take as much time as they need. Longtail is still sleeping soundly, and Cayso and I have been simply having a nice quiet talk. And now Cayso is also asleep. So we should keep the sound low.

Longtail moaned in his sleep about finding purple treestars.

Cyrix smiled again as he watched Mim and Ruby return as well. "Ahh...its good to see you two again. I was beginning to worry." He said as he stood up, stretched and stepped over to them and whispered, "We should get started, but very quietly, as Cayso and Longtail are both asleep."
