Cayso was looking what was happening too - "He really is a monster, and sadly I have seen other monsters like him."

Racnar however wasn't fully convinced about that - "I somehow think... he just said that... so we will stay away from him." - he took a breathe and continued - "we should go back... or Longtail and the others will not find us when they... return."

Pearl nodded her head to Racnar's suggestion but as she got ready to flap her wings and lift off the ground she felt her heart stop for a brief moment. She stumbled forward and caught herself on a rock and took several deep breaths before looking to the others around her wondering if any of them had gotten the same feeling.

Dante nodded quietly, words failing him. Kai, too, was silent, though his gaze was directed solely at Sankakku.

Sankakku himself, however looked at Iolite quietly.
"You...don't need to stay here. There's no need to suffer my punishment. It was my choice to do thud."
He said to her, eyes meeting hers...

Vayne looked Doc in the eyes.
"You're lying. I can see it in your eyes. You lost someone to our kind once, didn't you?"
He asked, unafraid...

Misty had frowned deeply at Doc's answer, thinking much what the others had, and if it hadn't been for Rita and the others warnings on making things worse, she would have stepped forward and said a few things before she could stop and think about the consequences of such actions...Vayne's words paused her though and she turned back to Doc at the question.

She frowned sadly this time, "V-Vayen, maybe he won't want to answer that" Misty said, "it's ok if you don't" she next went on to Doc, "I've lost people too...and it's not a good topic" she admitted.

"I had to work real hard for a bit not to hate threehorns after what happened to my parents" she said even softer, giving her first clue as to how her parents had died in the first place.

Iolite smiled shyly at Sankakku.
"Its alright...No one should spend entirety alone. I know this for a fact, and I want to stay behind as well...with you, my dearest friend."

Longtail turned to look at Dante and Kai.
"So Dante what was that little speech about not coming back if I didn't? Cause it looks like we're all coming back together...like it should be!"

"Misty, get back!" Rita called in leafeater. "We have to go now."

Chomper, Veli, Redclaw, and Tyra were extremely angry at Doc, but tthey didn't show this. "I can understand feeling bad about losing someone" they all thought in their minds, "But he's doing terrible things!"

Finally getting the hint, Misty frowned yet again and walked back over towards where Rita and the others were, "Sorry...I thought he might be...reasonable" she apologized for her excuse of staying and saying one last statement.

Dante smiled.
"Yep. Well, for the record, I wasn't kidding about that. If you had stayed here, I would have, too. Regardless of your protests."
He laughed, playfully smacking Longtail's back with a grin.

Kai nodded.
"We're really all coming back. This is... Wonderful. "
He said, awestruck still by the events that had transpired.,,

Sankakku looked at Iolite.
"Thank you... My dearest friend. I'm... Glad we'll be together."
He said, smiling at her with a small blush...

Vayne looked at Doc without fear.
"Go ahead and try to kill me. But in a sense, won't that make you just as bad as the ones you're after? At the least, my kind only kill because we need to. You... You kill without reason. So tell me... Who is the monster?"
He asked, his eyes firm and resolute...

"Some things cannot be changed with ease, maybe someday Doc will find the answer he needs, and then the slaughters will finally be over." - Cayso replied to Misty.

Racnar then added - "But if he doesn't stop, then he'll be eventually... get killed. That's sad because it seems he is... in a quest for revenge... getting poisoned every day." - He sighed, lowered his head in disbelief. - "...is this the justice we all believe in?... blood for blood?... for what? that will only create new Docs and new Greyclaws." - He then began walking back to the beach.

Doc sighed as he stared Vayne down. He then turned his head and began to walk away, not saying a word, and not bothering to make eye contact. Inside Doc said to himself 'This...endless fighting...is getting annoying...tiresome, I want to stop, but the sharpteeth will never stop. Until that day comes neither will I...I just hope my new friend can do his duty.'

Longtail grinned at Dante.
"Yeah I know...but I had no doubt that I'd be coming back! I was sure of it!" he said with pride and laughter.

Soul stepped behind her son and faced Dante and Kai as she asked, "Are we all ready? I'm going to start the Guardian Revival. Would you three boys stand in a circle while the others take their places."

Longtail looked confused as he asked, "Others?"

Suddenly the mist around them began to glow as other Guardians stepped forward. Longnecks, Threehorns, Swimmers, Flyers, Sharpteeth, Bellydraggers, Spiketails, and even several rainbow faces and Fast-runners.

Longtail was shocked as he asked, "Are they all coming back with us? Cause I wasn't expecting this many..."

Iolite looked to Sankakku and bowed.
"Then it is decided let the Guaridans Revival begin!"

"I hope so" Misty replied to Cayso, "it's not fair for someone to be against you guys since you accepted me and all, it's kinda weird being hated by both sides of sharpteeth and flatteeth generally, but that's where use egg snatchers find ourselves".

"Um, sorry if I worried anyone by the way, running off like that" she added, realizing that half the reason they'd followed had beenf or Vayne but she hadn't helped running off like she had.

"Its okay, you just wanted to make sure Vayne was okay and that he didn't get hurt. I would do the same thing for any of you."

"Maybe yes, we will find out... soon enough." - Racnar replied from some distance, as he was already walking towards the beach, but he was still near enough Chomper.

Cayso remained walking with the rest of the group, keeping an eye on his brother, he told Misty - "Yes, it is a relief that you and Vayne are safe. Let's hope we won't find Doc again. Too many bad emotions arise in all of us every time he appears."

The cave began to glow yellow, and soon so did the entire island, even as the broken pieces continued to sink.

Soul then began to sing.
"We are fighters born to stand, in this never-ending fire I am, seeing far more than I wish to see...."

Longtail picked up after that. "Pray we don't forget, life betrayed and the oppressed. Please give me the strength to see the truth, We are facing the fire together..."

Longtails' father then joined in.
"If we don't we'll lose all we have found, for the pain is far behind, we are fighters stand or die!"

Then the rest of the spirits joined in the song as well.
:For anew day will start, your heart will be saved by the ones you love, but now get up stand tall for fate is in your eyes, let out through your voice. Save your tears for the judgement day...we rise or fall!"

Longtail suddenly felt heavy...as if the cave were crushing his body.

Pearl stepped out of the tree line and she gasped as she looked to the horizon..."Everyone look at the island!"
