Ms. Swimmer parried an imp's weapon and sent it spinning away. She then pulverized the imp's skull with a blow from her stick.

Hans cleaved an imp in two and Franz knocked down two imps with one blow.

The archers kept up a volley of flaming arrows at the demon.

Anton and Paul fired their last rockets and headed back out to the magic door to rearm. Deimos, Rime, Dr. Kerzach and the SPVDF soldiers followed them.

Dirk and Kurt reemerged from the magic door and started shooting at the demon.

Werner's shotgun clicked empty and he headed out the magic door to reload.

Dr. Zanasiu slid more shells into his shotgun as Strut covered for him.

Zachary fired his last two HEAT grenades at the demon.

anhgel threw two imps together by using the magic in her ring
 shaggy ran over to help dixie drag scooby to a safe spot. astorath was now starting to shrink in size "THIS IS IMPOSSIBL!" He roared, his eyes now blasting fire at the nearby archers..
 'get him out of here Dixie" Shaggy said.,. i'll be right behind you..'

"Not any in dinotopia either." Moran said.

"it was a mad scientist type who changed us.  Then he changed some raptors, kept them sorta dumb so they'd be evil like him then abandoned everyone." Spike said.

"Mad scientists tend to do that.  I've yet to encounter a good mad scientist. " MOran said.

The archers darted out of the way but two of them were killed by the searing blast of fire. They then continued shooting flaming arrows at him.

Rime, Deimos, the SPVDF soldiers and Dr. Kerzach returned to the top of the arena.

Rime and Deimos began sniping at the demon while the SPVDF soldiers rained Molotovs down on him. Dr. Kerzach threw another grenade at him.

"Nick! Nani! Do you need more ammo?" Zachary asked before he left through the magic door.

Paul and Anton returned through the magic door, took positions and launched 2 more rockets at the demon.

Werner followed the two bounty hunters and started blasting away at the demon.

Mr. Bigmouth fired his last poison arrow at the demon and headed out to rearm himself.

Dr. Zanasiu and Strut left through the magic door to rearm.

Broken glass, spent shell casing and arrows littered the ground.

A Runner armed with a bow and riding atop a Clubtail stopped by the group.

"Hey guys, there's a mounted archery demonstration going on at the Gravel Fields!" the Clubtail said.

[Kor]

"Sounds good.  I've not seen an archery demonstration since that Kyudo demonstration." Moran said, pausing for a moment, "I don't' recall if it was at the Shaolin monastery or somewhere else.  It's been a while." He said before continuing.

"I think we all would." Bullseye said, "Shall we go?" he said to the other extreme dinosaurs.

"A good mad scientist? I'd like to see one of those." T-bone said said as he walked along with the others.

Shaggy helped Dixoe drag Scooby out of danger " hes not moving.. Scooby!' Dixie cried. reaching forward and unfastening his helmet. scooby had dried blood on his face, and his eyes were securely closed.  Tears begun to run down Dixies face.. he looked really bad.. They exited the magic door and headed up the stairs..
- astorath now understood that he was in a fight for his very existence on this plain  He started lashing out, throwing searing hot globs of fire all around. thisd was followed by a black sort of lightning. the area was lit by by the  powerful magic. the Digidestined were thrown back and deevolved to  their hatchling forms, sabve for the three meg Digimon wargreymon blastee away at Astroth hitting him on the head. spyro dfroze one of this arms. while cynder used Wind on him. Hunter pelted him with area which sank into his fleash.. astroth cried out loud 'BROTHERS OF THE NETHERWORLD! AID ME!
_ Keep it up Stripetail said striking with a powerful blast of lightning.. which caused Astroth to recoil, he was now quite a bit smaller than when they had first met him.. stripetail cast an absorbing spell, and slowly began to drain the demon of his power. It would be a very long slow process as Astorath was easily one of the most powerful demons he had ever encountered. "Get the baby Digimon out" he called out to the others.. they need time to recover
 Mimi Sora Izzy, Joe Kari and TK compliwewed siftly, only Matt saand Tai remained. "After this is over Stripetail could you give Gabumon a girlfriend " Matt asked throwing a large rock at the demon ' MATT! MetalGarurumon shot him a look full of surprise.
_ Nows not the time Matt" Stripetail said focusing on draining Astorath power..'Rime! Everyone aim for the red ares onn his chest..!"

The Clubtail led the group over to the Gravel Fields. There, several dinosaurs were practicing with their weapons, mostly slings and bows.

A Threehorn carrying a Runner archer galloped through the course. The archer pivoted and fired an arrow at a fruit that sat atop a rock. The Threehorn circled around another fruit and the archer also shot the target.

Three SPVDF soldiers were killed by the powerful fireballs but they still kept raining down Molotovs on him.

The archers moved out of the way of the magical attacks and continued launching flaming arrows at his chest. Another archer was knocked unconscious with a lightning bolt.

"I'm out of arrows!" a Fast-Runner archer shouted.

"Get some reinforcements!" another archer shouted.

The Fast-Runner archer bolted from the stands and into the magic door.

Rime, Deimos, the NUMA group, the bounty hunters and Werner blasted away at the red spot on the demon's chest.

"I'm almost out of ammo!" Werner shouted.

"Reload!" Clive shouted, sliding shells into his shotgun.

Werner fired off his last rounds at the demon and headed through the magic door to reload.

Dirk was clearing a jam on his pistol when one of the magic bolts struck him and knocked him unconscious. Another lightning bolt knocked Jose

"Nick! Nani! Someone get Dirk and Jose to safety!" Al shouted, firing at the demon.

Mr. Bigmouth emerged through the magic door and let loose a volley of poisoned arrows at the red mark on the demon's chest. He leapt behind some rubble to avoid getting hit with a bolt of black lightning.

Haresh had finished charging up his fireball attack and he hurled a large fireball at Astoroth.

Setsuna was now fully conscious and blasting Astoroth with a combination of poison cloud, magic bomb, spark and fireball spells. She had the reflection spell up so the magical attacks bounced off her and back at Astoroth.

Two Surf Point First Aid Squad members followed Dixie to her room.

One of the civilians pulled the archer aside.

"Okay, what the hell is going on? A bunch of people have been going in and out of the portal and all of them look like they've been in a war zone," the civilian said.

"We're battling a demon," the archer replied. "Now if you'll excuse me, I need to rearm and get reinforcements." He then headed to the portal for the Great Valley.

The Pelvanida group emerged through the portal and made a beeline for their weapons storage area.

Nani dashwed over and helped drag Dirk and Jose out of harms way. Stitch ripped off anothee paitr of stactites from the coieling and handed one of them to Angel, and the Two little aleins charged the demon. the copmbination of magic and constant barraging was speeding up the shrinking process, and helping Stripetail drain the energy from astorath faster
_ Get him into bed and care for him! Dixie said her voice breaking as she spoke..
_ Spyro switched his attack to fire and began blasting the demon with it
_ don't use fire! that is his element!' Stripetail yelled. "He will only absorb it andd draw strength from it! We are wearing him down, don't do anything that might give him strength' Spyro stopped and switched his breath to Earth and solid pellets rained down on Astorath. Cynder used Shadow lifting huiim off the ground and Striking him. Tigeress and Tiger blasted the demon with lightning from their horns the twin blasts fused in the air andf became one beam that scoured away at the demons chest..
- Astrorath poured out his energy strafing the area with lightning and magic , it was truly a terrible sight.. the smell of the dead filled the air mixed with the burning of the flesh..
Nick used up the last of hisd bullets and headed back to refill hid ammo..

"Mounted archery, excellent too." Moran said.

Jason went to mediate in the zero room of the tardis while Guilmon went to the food storage area in the tardis for a piece of chocolate fudge cake with chocolate fudge icing and a bit of frozen custard.  

Tik-toc was in charge of the video equipment and showing requests.

Tarrax was telling a story of his own using magic to show an image of the region wgere dragolmail was 'Dragomalin is the 5th planet from our star, and it is by far the biggest iof the plants, of which there are thirteen..now watch them move around " tarrax gestured and the plants began to rotate around the star..

Haresh threw a lightning orb at Astoroth.

He used a fireball to cancel out another magic bolt and ducked behind some rubble to charge his most powerful lightning based spell.

Setsuna gulped down another mana potion. "Tiger! Tigeress! On my mark, fire your lightning spells, I can combine that with my spark spell!" she shouted. She then waited for a clear shot. "Now!" she shouted, sending a beam of electricity arcing across the ground at Astoroth.

Mr. Bigmouth was firing off his penthium laced arrows at the demon.

The two SPFAS members gently carried Scooby on the bed and began cleaning his wounds.

The Pelvanida group, Werner, Al, Kurt, Clive entered through the magic door with the Great Valley archers and slingers in tow.

Rime and Deimos set up sniping positions while the archers and slingers bombarded the demon with large rocks and arrows.

Some more SPVDF soldiers were cut down by the magical assault but they persisted. Molotov cocktails rained down on Astoroth.

Dr. Zanasiu, Zachary, Strut, Werner, Kurt, Al and Clive took up positions behind some rubble and opened fire.

Anton fired off his last rocket at the demon and bolted for the magic door. A fireball struck him and propelled him through the door, severely burning him the in process.

Paul fired off another rocket at the demon. A magic bolt struck overhead but he ignored it.

TThe two wolves complies and the resulting beam ripped a hole in Astroth chest. 'Blasck ooze began pouring out of it. and the hoe became larger as Cynder Spyro and Hunter fopcused on it
- stripetail had created a large magical urn to absorb Astratgh's power, it would change color as it filled Stripetail turned to the others and gestured again creatuing a magical container " there are 200 pioisioned arrows in that container! use them! he said, ducking asa lighnting blot just missed "Stripetail! Scooby's not moving!" dixie said through her ring from her room.. ' He's unconscious.. I'll be up to see him once this is over Take off his armor and let him rest,.. Get back here.. we need you.."
- Wargreywomon used up the last bit of her energy and decvolved back to Agumina She fell through the air  and landed on Tigress's back kocking her to the ground "Sorry..' She  said as Tiger shot her a glance.. Genki rolled around on his skates throwing rocks at Astorath.

[Serris]

"Aim for the hole in his chest!" Setsuna shouted.

Haresh stood up and unleashed a powerful bolt of lightning at the demon.

Paul fired another rocket right at the hole in Astoroth's chest.

The archers in the arena had used all their arrows and they rushed to use the magic arrows. The heads of the arrows glowed with a steady blue light.

One of the archers fired the magic arrow but missed. The explosion blasted a small crater in the ground, much to their surprise.

"Those are some strange arrows," the archer said.

"Who cares! We need to use them!" the other archer replied.

Mr. Bigmouth lodged his last poison arrow in the hole in Astoroth's chest. He ran up to the spectator's area and grabbed one of the charged arrows and nocked it. He waited for a clear shot and sent the arrow flying right at Astoroth's chest. The other archers followed suit, sending a volley of enchanted arrows at Astoroth.

The slingers kept up a hail of stones. The SPVDF soldiers and Dr. Kerzach retreated to rearm themselves.

Dr. Zanasiu, Zachary, Strut, Werner, Kurt, Al and Clive continued blasting away at Astoroth. Zachary was now using his rifle as he wanted to save some grenades for the impending war.

Some other SPFAS members were treating Anton's burns.

ooze streamed out of the demons chest as the arrows found their mark. the magical urn was now filling up  it had changed from red to yellow Astorath kept shrink he was now about 5 feet shorter than he had been a little wile ago  Ooze dripped out of his mouth as he s[pat fire at the archers but his aim was starting to be off
_ Dixie slowly felt around for werar the armor came together and unlatched it, taking off Scooby's breastplate . The armor had blood on the inside and there were bruises on Scooby';s front ' Don't you DARE die on me Scooby Doo!" Dixie whispered in Scooby's ear.. as she set the armor side..
_
 nani used up the last of her bullets and rushed towards the exit..

The SPFAS members were using essential water to clean Scooby's wounds.

The archers easily dodged the fire bolts and they continued shooting him with explosive arrows.

Paul fired off his last rocket and retreated to reload.

"We're winning!" Deimos shouted into his radio. He and Rime were still shooting at the demon.

"Don't get too cocky!" Rime replied, reloading his rifle.

The SPVD troopers and Dr. Kerzach returned with Molotovs and grenades. They ran to the spectator seating and started throwing them at the demon.

Back at Pelvanida II, a Wolverine technician finished bolting a salvaged railgun onto one of Chong's metal soldiers.

"Chong! The protective suits have arrived!" the Goat said, "They have been tested and are in perfect condition. Also, we spoke to some of your mages and they crafted some kind of jeweled armor. We tested it and it is completely invulnerable to anything short of a 25 mm cannon," he added.

Moran and the extreme dinosaurs continued to watch the dinosaur archery show.

"I wonder if I should ask one of my grand uncles to come and give a show here.  He has a chocolate golem that can tap dance and a cheese golem that can dance at least as well as michael jackson." Sara said.

"Something that unusual should be entertaining, but why a cheese and chocolate golem." Velma said.

"He's a little unusual at times.  His tea golem likes to give philosophy speeches.  His fudge golem is a great jeweler.  He made a bow that whoever holds it is a fantastic dancer, and a sword that generates it's own music to fit the scene.  Though the stealth music makes it useless for a stealthy person." Sara said.

Toto finished up his show, including doing some backflips and some other unusual tricks like that.

excellent.. then we can begin the invasion as scheduled, in two days time. I doubt we'll face much opposition since our enemies are trapped in the hotel.." Chong grinned as the metal soldier moved its arm on its own.. it was one of thousands of creatures Chong had whipped up.
_ that would be very interesting Tarrax said as he stopped his solar system show. "Contact him, my dear.. and she if he wants to come..
- Muzzle finished eating, with his arms wrapped together, he could only eat through the moutgh
- the urn continued to drain Astorath's power, and the demon continued to shrink "YOU WILL PAY! he roared . stripetail tossed a few coins with landed at the demon's feet the demon looked at the coins and leered at him 'NOTTHAT KIND OF PAY!  YOU KNOW WHAT I MEANT!
_ Yes, yes you're going to kill every one of us.. " Stripetail replied dismissively his voice cold and biting "FUNNY thing, is demon, you're shrinking faster than the roles of a washed up actor or actress, this urn will soon contain almost all your powers, and then the extent of your injuries we've inflicted will probably kill you, breaking the curse.. its only a matter of time now...
 Scooby's eyes suddenl;y shot open and he rose from the pillows and coughed up blood onto the floor next to his bed 'Rorry" He whispered 'Rare ram Ri? Dixie hugged him tightly, relief evidfent in her face.. "you were knocked unconscious..' She said, her eyes moist with tears "I thought I lost you for a minute there..you're in our room.. and you're not leaving until Stripetail says you're ok to leave..

The Wizard started his show next.  It was a mix of slight of hand like starting with 1 cute tiny piglet, and then seeming to pull it into 2 piglets, then let one down on the floor and so on till he had 8 tiny piglets who would run around near him and do some tricks.  Then he used some real magic as well.  

" I can try, though not sure if folks would want to see him." Sara said.

Guilmon finished his snack then went outside the tardis to the hotel to see if anything was up.

- Astorath continued shrinking as his powers were slowly drained away . the urn turned green, it was full of magic. astrorath was now only ten feet tall, and his body was riddled with arrows and wounds "I.. WILL.. REMEMBER .. THIS" he wheezed, ooze gushing from his wound.. "YOU.. hAVE.. NOT.. SEEN.. THE LAST .. OF ME..

Finish him off.." Stripetail said to the gathered archers.

"Ok, I'll ask." Sara said.
