The Gang of Five
Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

I only like Red Mill's pancakes where it's gluten free and such. Otherwise, I hate pancakes. :pThey're too sweet for me. :x

I hate it when hollywood makes a cheap, crappy ripoff of any book, tv show, or movie from my childhood.

I'm not picky about the brand of pancakes I eat, but I'm VERY picky about how I eat them. :p I prefer blueberry pancakes with copious amounts of refrigerated maple syrup, cooked so that they are as soft and untextured as possible. If I can’t get blueberry, I’ll settle for plain, with butter or the aforementioned cold syrup.

I like French Toast as much as I like pancakes... and I like both of those with lots of syrup!

Perhaps the worst prank I've ever been dealt was when I was twelve.  A relative put Bengay on the toilet paper before someone else would use the restroom, and I happened to be the victim .

For some reason, I tend to feel sick after I eat French toast... :confused

I've always loved sweets.  I bet I could outdo both Cera and her father in a sweets eating contest :lol!

According to my parents I was a rather...unusual child:

1.) I apparently never crawled.
2.) I read before I entered preschool (~age 3-4)
3.) I had a very advanced vocabulary for my age (and in some cases still do). Main example my parents gave: "Let's exit." vs. "Let's go." (I used let's exit.)

I'd love to have a friend that's gay. I don't know why, I just think it's cool to know someone that is gay in RL. :) Plus that I'm tired of being around Pro McCainers and and homophobes. :p No offense to anyone here that is pro McCain and thinks homosexuality is bad. :p

I don't know what I wish to work with after college.
But as it looks now, Architect or Graphic designer feels interessting. :)
I think I'll spend my Uni years on that course.

I have virtually no idea of what I'm going to do once I graduate from college. Probably something involving writing. For a long time I've wanted to be an author, but I'm so slow at writing stories that I'll probably need to find something else to supplement (if not provide the bulk of) my income. I've also considered working for some environmental cause, perhaps writing to raise awareness of, and concern for, environmental issues. And since I started reviewing other people's LBT fanfics, I've thought that maybe becoming an editor would be a good choice for me, since I'm so good at nitpicking. :p

I LOVE Simba from the LK! :D He reminds me of myself as a kid to some degree. I actually have a plush floppy Simba that I'm probably going to keep forever. ^_^

I talk to myself almost constantly; mostly muttering my own thoughts under my breath, or uttering random words or noises that I like the sound of. Paradoxically, while I like things quiet, it seems that I can't abide total silence. :p

Same here.

I talk to myself A LOT. Usually it's verbalized thoughts, sometimes I out echo things that I have heard before.

I randomly say movie or tv quotes, even when I'm alone. It's kinda cool.

One more thing we share in common ;).

I also randomly quote film quotes, video game quotes, and (occasionally) song lyric quotes :p.
