As for food, I've gotten so used to healthy food that most junk foods taste gross to me. Foods that contain a lot of fat give me heartburn, so I usually avoid these foods. I like spicy food, though. The spicier, the better

. I'm the only one in my family that likes spicy food; everybody else likes more bland foods

. I use a lot of cayenne pepper, tabasco sauce, red pepper, garlic, black pepper, and an occasional handful of hot chilies (mainly habanero, jalapeno, or serrano) in my cooking, so if other family members will be eating what I cook, I have to remind myself to lay off on the spices
