Soren: I was hoping that cockmonger would tell me to see where Lily was, how to get to her, who leads the Purifiers and how to get into the base.

Anne: Like I said, I'm not really sure. I like him but I'm not sure if I can enter a relationship with...let's face it, Tony's in organized crime.

Chief Broadstreet: Have the Purifiers ever caused trouble before this?

Don Stracci: Now that the bomb's went off, do you see yourself redoubling your efforts or withdrawing?

Axel: I have to admit, you've definitely gotten far deadlier. What do you think spurred your transformation?

Marcus: Would you consider today a victory or a loss for the Purifiers?

Marcus: For the moment, a loss. We were successful in activating the bomb but this new enemy, whoever they are, is preventing us from finishing what we started. And I can't imagine our forces in the city itself are in a position to launch a counter-attack. Not yet.

Axel: I have to admit, you've definitely gotten far deadlier. What do you think spurred your transformation?

Axel: Ah, I... I don't know. A mixture of desperation, anger, fear and knowing that I had to...  step it up, I guess. Although I don't think it was a... a transformation. I mean, I was just doing what anyone else in my place would do to help the people they care about.

Soren - Since going back to Lanthae seems a little difficult now, do you have any plans to start your business again somewhere else?

Vergil - How do you feel seeing Kalis' fleet again? Bringing back any memories?

Emilena - Now that your hands have been scrambled, are you still apathetic towards the augmented and what they're going through now?

Broadstreet; Yes, but they were never this much of a nuisance prior to this. sure we suspected they were responsible for the deaths of a number of Augmented but we could never conclusively tie it to them. but this changes everything..no one tried to destroy my city and gets away with it.

[Pterano]

Vergil: Well, I learned that I was most likely a soldier of some kind serving in the Scorched Earth War under a powerful general who was one of the heroes of the war. He was a species similar to mine, but is red with golden eyes instead of white with orange eyes like I am. He also has feathers all down his backside, whereas mine are only just on my head. So anyway, I learned that this general later became a traitor after helping to end the war, and started accumulating his own power, bringing terror to the world with his impressive strategies and unconventional tactics. However, he was betrayed by his second-in-command, an individual named Kalis, who fired on his flagship and killed him. Somehow... I remember being on the bridge of that ship as it took the fire. I'm not sure how or why... or what happened... but I recall seeing the warlord battling with a female before the explosions tore the ship apart. I'm not sure how I survived... and how I got into that tank. I did learn that Kalis inherited his former superior's fleet and forces, and is still considered one of the most dangerous and powerful warlords on the planet. That's about all I know.

Don Stracci: Regroup. This unexpected development has somewhat played in our favor in terms of wiping out the Purifiers, but the city itself is being devastated, and it's hard to run your empire from a ruined city. Gotta see to my family's safety and then the safety of my assets, and I'll see what we can do from there.

Vergil: Oh yes... some memories are indeed flooding back. I know I've seen Kalis in my past, and his fleet but... something's wrong about it too. It's almost like I'm in two places at once... the memories are contradicting each other. I'm positive I served in part of the world's government's military forces, but then why am I picturing Kalis and his former superior so clearly in my mind? Did I... join their cause when they defected and turned rogue? I need to get more answers on this, as right now, my memories are all a confusing jumble.


Soren, how do you plan to deal with the new crisis?

Broadstreet, aren't you a LITTLE more concerned about the massive fleet that's pulverizing your city than you are about the Purifiers?

Lily, how does it feel to be back? Do you plan to stay in this current body this time around and avoid any more misadventures?

Broadstreet: Of course I'm concerned, but theres not much i can do to fight off an air invasion given the circumstances i'm headed out of the city to regroup and plan a response. any help i get, from any source, i'll take it at this point.

Emilena: Well...I won't deny that these hands have proved to be incredibly useful. I've begrudgingly developed something of an understanding on how certain tactical Augments can be beneficial to my goals and why some may choose such a lifestyle. But I wouldn't say that the experience of losing them has been a huge factor.

Lily: I...I can't answer that question this quickly. You have to understand, I...it never even occurred to me there could be a chance like this, to be normal again. I can't even believe it when I think about it. I just want some time to be alone with Axel and think. I cant hope to collect my thoughts until then.

Soren: Do you still plan on repairing your workshop?

Marcus: Do you still plan on repairing your Purifiers?

Marie: Do you still plan on repairing your manicure? They must be scuffed to hell.

[Serris]

Soren: I want to be able to repair my workshop but I'm not liking the chances. At best I'll have to be a itinerant cyberneticist. At worst, I'll be homeless and living on the street.

As for how to deal with what happened? Well, Lanthae's completely hosed, so fuck Lanthae. I'll just have to head out with my new group of allies and see what we can make of ourselves now.

Broadstreet: Not including Emilena ? 47. 48 if you include her. i try and run a clean department, but given all the crime that goes on, of course some cops are on the take.. but given this attack, corruption is now way down the list of my problems:
Marie: the condition of my nails isnt high on my list of concerns. surviving is. fortunately i have rose and Marita around.

Axel, do you plan to eventually meet up with Soren and his group again?

Axel: Yeah, once I can find them. For the moment though, I need to focus on trying to find somewhere safe for Lily. Somewhere far... far away from all this violence and killing. And I think I might need to get away from it too. I mean, some of the things I've seen... and done... Let's just say that I need some time to get my head together.

Marcus: Do you still plan on repairing your Purifiers?

Marcus: If the few of us who survived the attack on the base manage to regroup with our brothers who lived through the aerial attack on the city, then yes. You can't destroy the Purifiers. Though how long it will take to reach sufficient strength again, I couldn't say for the moment. I suspect it will take a considerable period of time.

Anne: What are you planning on doing next? Do you think you'll you stay with Soren and the others once you've recovered, or go your own way?

[Pterano]

Tony: My next move? My father is asking me to begin relocation procedures, so that'll be my immediate step. Gotta get the family business moved to a more lucrative area, and we'll go from there.

Soren: if marita offered you a place to stay would you take it?

Rose, what's a day at the casino like?

Tony, how's Corona compared to Lanthae?

[Pterano]

Tony: Well for one, I feel safer here, and I feel there's more opportunity for everyone here than in Lanthae. It's nice being able to stroll down a boulevard without having to worry about getting mugged if you turn the corner. There's also some good contacts to be made here, if I get the chance. Overall I'm really liking it so far, and definitely want to protect my new livelihood here.


Anne, once you clear rehab, where do you plan to go and what do you plan to do with yourself?

marie: its far better than working at a strip club. pays good, you get free drinks, and so far its a lot of fun. sure some of the locals dont like lodsing money, but as the saying goes its all 'in the turn of the cards;'/

Anne: Well, I'd like to see if I can return to working in the oil farms. It was a well paying job and I really like it.

Briggins, how well known is Fort Inglorious?

Rio, why did you think stealing from the Bak Long Triads was a bright idea?

Briggins:its very well known after the war with Chong. it get a lot of visitors who follow the treasure trial  or see the cells where we held dragonstorm troops. the army even does training exercises on part of the grounds. the hotel, the fiort and a large area around it has been declared a national monument and battlefield and the hotel is now on the national list of historic places. i've had offers to buy the hotel but i've turned them all down. its a far far cry from what it was, and i have the wizard and his friends to thank for all of it.

Rio: I don't know, it was just kind of... there for the taking. I mean, what could I do, just forget about it? I thought it could be my way out of living in crap, maybe a way to live in Corona... the Corona that you see on the postcards. But... alright, fine, maybe I didn't think it though, exactly.

Emilena: Shut your mouth, I don't need your judgments. You can't even capitalize your sentences. As for my drugs, you'll probably have never heard of any of them, what with you being so high and mighty.

Lily - Now that you know you have kids who are living with Denny, do you have any plans of helping them, as well as Ejlert?

Lily: Of course I do, but things get a lot more complicated now that he knows about me. He's already gone on the air claiming he was attacked by a violent stalker claiming to be his wife, and he's got police protection now. If anyone spots me, there'll be so many unanswered questions, and I won't be in any position to help my children. Ejlert will be able to verify my side of the story, he's my best chance at real proof of Denny's atrocities.

Marie: well the pressure of a high stakes game can be taxing, and some of the players , shall we say, dont have the cleanest rep. so thers always that element of risk and danger involved in the job.
