It does make sense to some folks the rangers may be just stories, rumors, ect, especially to folks who've not been living in Angel Grove for a while.

Considering that we haven't gotten the weapons yet, it's okay if you want to change your weapon Rocky. Again, just as long as nobody picked it out already.

I know this is rather sudden, but I'd like to join this RP. Having been a Power Rangers fan since I was a kid, this sounds like an excellent way to rekindle my childhood spirit.

Although I do know that all the ranger spots are taken and that's okay! My character was going to be the equivalent to Bulk and Skull, just without the bullying. He would eventually find out about the power rangers and how they fight the bad guys and then try (And fail numerous times) to try and identify who they are.

Unfortunately I don't have a bio for my character yet, but I'll work on it tonight and hopefully have something concrete in the morning.

I tried to not go too far in the plot so that everybody could get a chance to post. Pretty much all that has happened since you left is that Zordon has teleported us to the command center, and he is about to make us Power Rangers.

Rocky, I approve of your weapon choice. Also, great eye with that Deviantart link. I wish they made a movie for Zeo, it's my favorite season.

Communicators will be given along with our powers. Kor and I discussed this and we agreed that it was an obvious choice.

We also discussed about teleporting. The guideline is simple. You will have the ability to teleport, just like in the show, but you cannot overuse it. Only use it for dire emergencies: getting to the command center or some other location that would take a long time to reach on foot or by vehicle. Can't have people teleporting on the battlefield every two seconds.

precisely. going off half-cocked with newly acquired powers is a recipe for disaster.

I'd prefer not to. I understand your character has a revenge plot with Goldar, but shooting his tail off like that is a little too violent for the Power Rangers universe (at least I don't remember anything like that happening in the franchise). I know that the characters are a bit older now than before, but keeping in context with the universe we are set in, we should probably avoid drastic violent acts like that.
