It will have to be two separate planets, and they will have to be large. Now, normally, it takes thousands of years, at the fastest, to create a planet, even a small one.' We'll need each planet to have, at least 10, 000 sq miles in diameter, and a mass of 20 septillion tons, or more, depending on what the available materials are, it could weigh, more, or less. We'll need water, and oxygen, and an atmosphere. Active geology , as well. hmm. I'll need a check list..
