My review:
The Final Destination, while not as good as the first 2, was a little better than 3. My problems with it was that the movie was too short (82 minutes WITH credits), and alot of the characters weren't that well developed (Besides Nick, Lori, Janet, Hunt, and George.)
What I enjoyed were the kills, one of my main problems with FD3 was that most of the deaths felt like accidents caused by negligence, with no supernatural force involved (Frankie's death at the drive-thru being an exception). I liked the twists of the cowboy being on death's list and how the scene at the mall with the movie theater explosion and Lori's death on the escalator turned out to be another premonition.
I also liked how they developed on the idea form FD2 that if you tried to kill yourself when you're not next on Death's list, how you wouldn't die.
Overall, it'd give it about a 7 or 8.
