My idea for a fanfic

Maybe posting per chapter can be good so you can recieve opinions on how to improve, that may help a lot. But that is my opinion, so I agree with you lbt/cty_lover , but other authors may prefer other options too

First of all, I won't be starting until I start getting less homework (exams are next week and I'll have new classes starting the following week). As for the two options of writing and posting the story, I was thinking of a combo of both. I'll write a few chapters, post them one at a time, write a few more, post them one at a time, etc. I was also thinking of doing somthing that's usually done on bzpower, create one topic for the story itself and create another topic where everyone will post their coments. This makes the story easier to read, in my opinion. I think this is a good plan, what do you think?

I'd really like to see some opinions on my plan. One thing I'd like to note, I won't be starting until I get a new computer for my bedroom (which should be by the end of the month at the earliest).

I think that it would be a better idea to let people post in the actual topic that the story is in. That is what everyone else does and look how their stories are. Mine included.

I think that's a good idea, because it will be easier for you (the author) to know in which section specifically of your story people in giving their opinions.

You're probably right, it might be a better idea just to make one topic for both the story and the comments. Like I said earlier, I won't be starting until I get a new computer soon. Besides, this will give me more time to think and rethink everything I'm planning to put in this story.

Good news everyone! I just got my new computer today (it's much better than the old laptop). I'll start writing as soon as I can. By now, I have a very good idea of what this entire story will be like, start to finish. I hope to have the first chapter up by this time tomorrow.

Good idea. It may actually be a while until I get the first chapter up, as I may often be busy with other things like homework.
