Wonderful Sky, truly amazing. Just a thought though, I think that his head should be further down, I can't quite picture him sleeping with it like that. I think it might be just me though.... It's still an excellent piece of art.

Awesome Sky!

How did you create the shadows? Recently I tried to add shadows to the drawings I recently colored with photoshop, but I just couldn't get a smooth surface of darker color with a soft transition into the brighter color. I just cant move the mouse evenly and smoothly enough as the tiniest irregularity in the motion of it will immediately be visible in the image when I use an airbrush or the dodge tool. Is there any hint you could give me?

Yeah...! I'm glad that Sky's uploaded a tutorial on how to draw Littlefoot; let's hope he does the rest of them sometime! (One at a time, of course...) I haven't touched the pencil yet... I think I'll try my hand at poems after this eight month or so hiatus... If I can keep my head above the dank these days...

I'm not sure. You might be right.

@Malte
It might be the brush your using.
The brush you might use is the 2nd or 4th one:

I'm using the 3rd one only a bit more softer.
The size of the brush depends on how big the surface is you want to color.

I think it already enters a topic where Littlefoot sleeps but identical: )this forms . I find cuddlesome.
