Based on what I've seen in the trailer and on that flier, I can speculate who the first few people voted off will be. (This is only speculation, so I could end up being wrong.)
First will be Duncan. (It should be noted that, based on teams you assumed, Duncan is not in any of them. Since he almost never appears in the trailer, I'm going to guess that Duncan gets kicked off the show before he even gets on the plane due to not having a passport. (You can't travel around the world without one, you know.))
Second will be Ezekiel, much as I'd hate to say it myself. (He's rarely seen in the trailer. He isn't even mentioned in the flier.)
Third will be Harold, much as I'd hate to say it myself. (This is based on one picture in the flier where we see everyone except Duncan, Ezekiel, and Harold, leading me to assume those three are voted off by that point.)
Next will be Leshawna. (This is based on one scene in the trailer, where she is parachuting down on her own, presumably because she just got voted off. Since it's very likely that the trailer only shows scenes from the first few episodes (so as not to reveal too much about who will win), we can assume that she gets voted off early on.)
Based on these speculations, I'm hoping that Noah will win (since Ezekiel and Harold will get voted off early).
