I have realized over the course of the last few hours, there's not room for me in this forum, one member has made it very clear, since I'm sure my explosion which I have NO intentions of editing, I'll leave that for the admins... will end up getting my banned, or at least warned... but either way, to those who are apparently so tired of me being here, your wish is granted, bye, I'm gone

And I'll have a short say in this. I do understand why Tails got upset. But I believe he did go over the line in what he said in the last post in that topic. I was actually horrified by that statement. It was going too far, sorry to say.

I don't want Tails to leave, but I can't stop him, as it is his decision.

I read some of it and really not sure what going on pre say but you shouldn't leave because of this... we need to work it out and calm this tension down before it really gets out of control, since the Admins are not on at the moment we need to talk this over calmly.

If the two of you can talk it over and come to some sort of understanding there may not be any need to get any admin involved unless you want some sort of official witness.

I did what I could as a limited Mod. The thread is back on topic and the fight is over.

I do have my doubts about Tails actually leaving though.. but that's just me

I've had problems with people on other forums before. I've had to deal with some real A holes (not referring to anyone here or the two members involved in the argument). Just avoid the topics they make and don't directly respond to any of their posts. If they outwardly attack you via PM, tell an admin if they won't stop. No matter how nasty someone on a forum is, there's always a solution. And there isn't anyone here thats even close to the horrible people I've seen on other forums. I'm sure any member here can work things out.

At worst they can perhaps go past each other's posts as if they do not see them, just pretend each other does not exist and not read each other's posts, nor, like suggested above, respond to them. Though that stuff is between the people involved and the admin.

I don¥t understand how the discussion of the two could escalate in that way. :huh: It isn¥t nice to see to me how you were talking to each other. It nearly broke my heard. You both did (silly) mistakes. One of you could had slow down a bit and could had tried, to solve the broblem of you. There is always a solution and I think you two could had solve this problem in a much better way.
@ Weirdraptor: If you read this topic than I¥ll tell you just one thing. Tell Tails_155 via PM or E-mail that you are sorry for that what you said. I know that you weren¥t the only one of you two who made a fault, but I think because of the fact that Tails_155 is leaving now, it would be the best. Sure it wouldn¥t be easy for you, but try it. I know that you can think about that very hardly, cause he said things in his last post which weren¥t correct. But if you¥ll tell him sorry, that would show much of braveness and cleverness in you. After that you could talk about what went wrong in the SSB thread.

I know, it¥s just like I would do it, but think about it. For me it seems to be the best way.

I regret this decision of yours Tails. You might want to reconsider it. By leaving you are not doing a favor to anyone least of all to yourself. A decision made in the heat of temper is not often a good one nor are the lines written in the heat of temper often the smartest.
Looking at what has been posted I cannot contradict the warnings which have been issued. Quite frankly, with that last post you were really asking for it Tails.
I do see that you were provoked and I do see that WR's conduct of disqualifying your opinion as "whining" and "bitching" all the time (rather than asking for your points or contradicting them) did their part to ignite you. I also don't see why religion had to be brought up in a thread about a computer game. WR too got a warning for his actions but (and in this point I must give credit to you WR) he saw what the warning was issued for and therfore accepted it.
It is always a pity to see members of the GOF leave. No ban was spoken and both of you, Tails and WR should remember that the GOF (hopefully) consists of more people than the few you really dislike.
I support the warning decissions that were made, but both of you would be missed in the GOF. If you want to go nobody will try to force you to stay, but you should make sure (once your temper has cooled down a bit) if this is really what you want.

Let me put it this way: most people do not lose their best friends over one argument, no matter how bad it turns out. I don't think either WR or Tails plan to leave us because of one thing that happened. One spat doesn't dictate a ruined friendship (or what has been given by members of this community).

Choice is still yours.

Although I generally agree with that statement, I know tails and he does what he says he's gonna do. I do hope he comes back at least to read these messages.
