The ranger teleported a short distance from the battlefield. He appeared next to a tree. He looked around to be sure he was alone. Then he unmorphed to reveal who looked like Tommy Oliver who looked like he was the same age form around season 2.
He pulled back the shirt sleeve on his left arm to show a normal looking watch. He held it near his mouth. "Jason, I've done what you said I had to do." He said.
A hologram of Jason appeared with some of the siting room in the tardis where he was. Nearby at a table Guilmon could be seen eating some ice cream.
"Good, with that behind us its finished and done with." Jason said.
"I just didn't like saying that lie about the evil clone and getting Tommy getting the coin and such. I wasn't evil, just controlled by a spell. & there was no dragon coin involved. I just had the green ranger powers though Tommy removed them."
"True," Jason said, "But it had to be done since I remember you saying that to me, my younger self that is. So it had to be done. Shortly after the war, my younger self will remember what you said and will start looking into it. He'll find out certain things which will lead to him meeting you." Jason said.
Tom rubbed his head, "That sounds pretty complicated, and likely a paradox." Tom Oliver said.
Jason nodded, "Time related mechanics and such is very confusing. It is an advanced course in the time lord academy. A whole branch of science in fact. But that aside you ready to be picked up?" Jason asked.
"Actually I was wondering if I could stay, to help some folks here." Tom said.
Jason nodded, "Sure, if you wish. When you're ready to travel with me again you know how to contact me." Jason said.
"I'll save you some pizza and ice cream. Yummm." Guilmon said looking up from his meal.
"Thanks. Tom out." Tom oliver said and turned off the communication device. He then snapped one hand changing to the red mighty morphing ranger. "I hope the other Jason won't mind my borrowing his color for a while." He said before teleporting back to the battlefield.

"How are you doing?" the Doberman asked the Siberian Husky.
The Siberian husky looked at him, his eyes totally bloodshot, in a toon like appearance. "I am in major need of case of Visine." He said.
The sheepdog made some sounds and reached into his fur, pulling out a case of Visine.
"Thanks, just what I need." The siberian husky said, proceeding to open the case and opening the little boxes and bottles of Visine, to not put drops into his eyes but to pour the contents of each little bottle into one eye before pouring the next into the other eye, ect.
"You were really prepared." The doberman said to the sheepdog. The sheepdog made some sounds as he reached into his fur to pull out a boyscout manual book.
"The boyscouts say to be prepared? Maybe I should read the book, or better I'll wait till the movie version comes out." The doberman said.
