That is a distinct possibility, although Rhett views Ali as a helpless female who constantly needs to be rescued, while Littlefoot views her as more of an equal... at least, more than Rhett does.

I think Alli would be happy not to happy some guy telling her what to do and being a coward. Spike would definitely be her rock. And Spike would be happy to be with someone quiet like him.

Littlefoot wouldn't want to do it, Petrie would be crushed, Ducky would be injured, Cera would go nuts, and Spike would be too shocked to say anything... not that he would anyway

And Saro is a longneck that appears in the TV series. He knows Littlefoot's grandfather and takes over the mantle of storyteller.
