How ridiculous, there's been a lot of snow in states like Virginia and North Carolina, but up here in Vermont there's hardly any snow left on the ground. <_< I'm pretty sure that whatever snow is going to fall tomorrow won't last long.
Yeah, the snowfall we got down here is so rare, not many folks believed it would really happen. Southeast Virginia was not prepared for this at all. Our snowplow guys have been using what I heard somebody call "Tonka Toys" to remove the snow from the roads

EDIT: I forgot to mention earlier that there were at least 400 automobile accidents reported over the weekend in my area. Seriously! I'm glad I was not called into work this past weekend. The area does not even have salt to salt the roads

. It felt good to be stranded in my house for three and a half days (the university finally opened for class at noon today), but at the same time, it about drove me crazy

In my area, it seems that as soon as the weather gets unusual, folks forget how to drive
