Shaina translated what was said to Youri.

"Even here, there are troublemakers," Youri muttered.

"Perhaps you can point us the way there?" Shiana asked the Dracon. "We're looking for a friend of ours. He's a humanoid with blue skin. Hopefully he's not hard to miss."

The females backed off from the room... this wasn't going to work... not now.

"We... see that your room is clean enough... and that you have no need of further..."

And the two Dracon females just broke and ran on that note.

"oh well" said Jake. Jake walked back over to his bed and he lay down....within minutes he was beginning to become drousy and he slowly.....fell asleep

After Jake was asleep, the maid checked his room. Trying to take his spare clothes to "wash."

Youri was first to spot two Dracons running past them, but Shiana had the same thought. "It must be the rude customer," Shiana said.

"What rude customer?"

Shiana jumped as she turned around to see the gensai behind them. "Jeez...you should really put a stop to that habit of yours."

"The wind makes no sound when it chooses not to. Anyway, you just arrived?"

"Aye, and some of us are a little tired. It would be best to try a room away from this 'customer' they spoke of. I'm not in the mood to deal with it."

Halo turned to the Dracon maid. "May we have two rooms in the west wing?" he asked in fluent Dracon.

This was a second maid as Chariana wasn't there. "Yes, we have some rooms available. I can show you to one now and tell the innkeeper that you are staying in one of them. Would you like a larger room or a smaller one?"

"We have one of those left." The maid said. "I'll show you to the room..."

The Green Sands inn was of fair quality... nothing special, but a good place to stay, regardless. The costs of staying there were 5 silver pieces per day for a room, and 3 silver pieces per day more for three meals a day. But laundry and other services were included for free. The rooms were clean and the beds were soft.

The trio followed the maid to the room. It was nice, but it was not like they were going to live here, anyway. Their ship would not arrive for another 3 days, so Shiana pulled out 15 silver pieces to pay for the room, and 3 more for the tip...

The maid collected the money, and looked at the tip. It was sad... she was not allowed to keep more than 5 copper pieces for a tip... the rest was either taxed or taken by her employer. Still, most Dracons never tipped at all... and 5 copper pieces was enough to get her a good meal...

"The room is paid for, but if you want to eat here, there will be an additional charge of three silver pieces a day for three meals. You can eat either downstairs in the common room or have your food brought up to you for no extra charge. Fancier food than what we typically serve, ale, or wine costs extra. Use of running water is free, as are all other services." the maid told them.

Jake began to toss and turn in his bed......he was dreaming about when he arrived at King archibold' castle and was made a knight. Jake smiled while he was dreaming...

As he dreamed, two maids from the inn quietly entered his room... they were up to no good, but it wasn't harmful... not really. They were just planning to make Jake feel what he had made one of their own feel, without hurting him... much
