Ian ran in front of Crystal. "That's gonna be a problem Crystal you see you and I have a contract. A contract you can't get out of. You belong to me now Crystal. Now you can either accept being a star or I can make you a star the hard way. You're not getting out of this contract. You're gonna be a star whether you like it or not" Ian said.

"Look, I said I wasn't going to be part of this, one way or another! Contract or no contract!" Crystal more or less yelled back at Ian.
Amber wasn't far as she now hear Ian and Crystal arguing and scurried over to them "I um, heard you and uh, want to say something, I don't think it's a good idea for Crystal to do it either, because of loosing friends" she told Ian as she held onto Crystal's paw.
"Thanks" Crystal told Amber and gave her a kiss before looking over at Ian.

Zara on the other hand, was watching the events unfold as she looked to Clay "I think I know why Amber and Crystal snapped at us....the pressure of being stars got to them, but it looks like Ian's not going to let Crystal go at least"

"Who needs friends?I never had any friends and just look what I become. When you've got money you don't need friends. But, like I said like it or not you work for me now Crystal. I'm not letting you out of this contract.......not now................not ever.

"We have to do something. " Clay said running over to Amber and Crystal. "I'm sorry" He said to the both of them.

"Well, what you going to do, lock me in a cage for the rest of my life?" Crystal asked Ian jokingly.
"Crystal, be careful....he might do that" Amber told her rather woringly.
"Relax, what's the worst that could really happen?" Crystal asked back, giving her another kiss as well.

Zara followed suit "And guys, I'm sorry too, I didn't mean to over react either"

Ian smiled as he gave her that idea. "Crystal baby you are a genius. " Ian said picking up both both Crystal and Amber and throwing them in to a cage and padlocked the cage. "I am so awesome" Ian said to himself out loud.

"Well now, I didn't expect that to happen...." Zara muttered as she looked to Clay.

Amber just sat down within the cage, now feeling rather upset as Crystal was at the door, speaking to Ian still "I didn't mean for you to actually do anything like that!" she called out to him.

Theodore looked to Alvin, Simon and Toby "I hope we're not too late to help them out" he told them sounding a bit concerned as well.

"Don't worry Theodore we'llsave them if they are in trouble.

Clay tried to pick the lock with a claw trying to open the cage with no success.

Amber was rather quiet throughout the whole ordeal as Crystal continued to yell at Ian "Well, you can't force me to sing at all, on stage, I can remain as quite as I want, not do a single thing at all"

Zara thought for a second and ran on stage, right into Hannah's preformance, running up and onto her shoulder, pretty much stealing her earpiece.

"Hey, give that back!" Hannah seemed to scold Zara.

Zara however, ignored her and spoke into it "Alvin, Simon, Theodore, help needed, Ian locked up Amber and Crystal, hurry!"

Alvin perked an ear . Alvin growled to himself. Something told him Ian would do something like that. "We have to save them" Alvin said quickly.

"Would you hand it back over?" Hannah told Zara.

"Girl, this is a matter of life and death....okay, maybe not quite, but it's close enough to it" Zara told her back.

"I'll tell you what's a matter of life and death, my concert that you're ruining" Hannah spoke back.

"Life isn't always about concerts, but then again, perhaps you should be talking to Crystal about that one" Zara told her as she jumped off.

Theodore overheard it all as well "Yeah, it sounds like Amber and Crystal are in trouble"

"So, what do you say about that Mr. Hawke? You put me on the next stage and I just stand ther and do absoloutly nothing, then you would have to let me go once people start booing and whatever else they'll end up doing" Crystal told Ian with her arms now folded, beliving that she was making a rather good argument.

Ian seemed to think this over . "You think you can do that? Don't test me Crystal. You will go out there and you will sing if you know what's good for you and I............" Ian started but just then Toby appeared behind Ian and knocked him out.

Alvin could only just stare at Toby in awe. He quickly took the keys from Ian's pocket while he was knocked out and tossed them to Alvin. "Get that cage door open and then I want all of you to get out of here all right"? Toby commanded.

Alvin unlocked the cage " Now run all of you run. Don't look back. " Toby commanded to all the chipmunks as he kept Ian pinned down.

"Um, where are we going to go though?" Amber asked.

"Not a clue actually" replied Crystal.

"Over here" Theodore called out to them as he lead them back to Samantha and the others.

"You...you're really not over here talking to me just because Bert Strictor put you up to it?" London asked.

Just then Bert walked over, "What is taking so long over here? I mean not that watching Ian Hawke get punched isn't amusing on some levels" he grinned.

Samantha, who already didn't like him, frowned.

"Professional kidding" Bert defended, "but anyway...".

"Did you lie?" Taylar asked, turning to him, "about the job and all?".

"What?!" Bert looked shocked, then frowned, "Hey what's your mutt been telling them anyway?" he asked Samantha.

She frowned back, "Oh like you have any plan on their futures beyond just your own fame. If the show didn't take off what were you gonna do then, huh?" she asked.

"I don't know" Bert said, "I'd have figured it out, there's like a million shelters about". Bert was more irresponsible than pure evil, but it wasn't much better for the dogs it seemed.

Todd and Taylar gasped.

"Now if you'll excuse me, my family needs me" Samantha made her way through the crowd to try and meet up with the chipmunks while also seeing if Toby needed any help in currently pinning Ian down.

Both Amber and Crystal came to a halt, Amber breathing rather heavily as she was tired from running.
Crystal looked around as she remained with Amber still as Theodore called out to Samantha "Aunt Samantha! Over here!" he pointed to Crystal and Amber "We've rescued them"

Crystal looked up at Samantha and gave her a small wave "Um, hi" was all she said.

Amber however, was just complaining "No more running....I hate running....reminds me of PE....." was all that came from Amber as she stepped forward as sell before she placed her chin onto Crystal's shoulder, only to have Crystal just giggle back.

"Shelter? "Francois said and gasped. "Bert what me and you had is through. I would never work for someone like you. " Francois said. "You guys are more then welcome to follow me" Francois said with a smile to Tod and Taylor and ran off after Samantha and the chipmunks.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO You ruined any chance I had in ever being a star. " Ian cried .

Toby got off Ian seeing as how he had the rescued them and the Chipmunks were out of Ian's evil hands.

Zara looked at Ian as a grin fell upon her face before she rushed back up on stage and again, stole the earpiece from Hannah Montana as she spoke into the earpiece "Well Mr. Hawke, you say you've lost your star, care to tell me why? Was it because she wouldn't do what you told her to do? Because you kept her away from her friends? Oh, and because of the fact that you decided to keep her locked in a cage in an attempt to force her to sing? Or should I just say that it was all my brilliant plan, hmm?"

"Perfect, now, can you do one last thing for me? Say cheese" Zara then told Ian as she motioned to the cameras having recorded the entire conversation as she just gave off a smile as well.

"What the.......................... Why you stupid rat." Ian screamed wanting to strangle Zara for tricking him that way.

" Uh oh, you just got Pwned Ian. Good Luck in finding business now. Cause just in case some people weren't watching this I have got something which may belong to you. " Alvin said taking out Ian's digital recorder that he used to get Crystal on Youtube out of his hoodie and played back the whole conversation that Ian and Zara had and even showed him throwing Crystal and Amber in the cage from before. "You know you should really keep track of your stuff Ian. Ya, never know when they can end up in the wrong hands" Alvin said with a wicked smile. "See your career in the obituary section Ian" Alvin said and scurried off with Ian's recorder.

"ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLVVVVVVVVVVVVVIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN" Ian screams at the top of his lungs.
