I have often rped as Ducky so can do her if no one else wants to rp as her. Or if someone wants to rp as Ducky I could do Cera instead.

Belmont if your character is a private he should marines since the navy doesn't have the rank of private. Or if you wanted him to be in the navy his rank would be a petty officer third class.
