The Gang of Five
Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

Hmm. Forgive me but I have to I don't find this as good as your drawing of Cera bowing before Chomper.
Well, always a matter of preferance ;) It's fine.

Also which scene from which film is it based from? I can tell its from one of the later sequels, but which one I don't know.
Actually... no. It's from LBT 2 :lol You remember the pic of Littlefoot laughing a few weeks ago? Well, this is taken from the same shot. I didn't draw them together because I wanted to have a full piece of paper for each character so I can draw more detailed :)

Oh yes I remember now. I was half asleep when I first looked at it so it didn't quite get to me. I too sometimes draw characters one separate pages so I can draw them in more detail.

Here comes the next artwork...

sketch:

coloured:

Another picture of... Petrie! I sketched his rear part without a reference as my reference screenshot cut him off there so... I hope it looks accurate. Took me a while to get right ^^

Hope you like it! :=)

Lol don't worry! ;) It's doing what I love doing... if only I had more free time though... the final year of school can be so crazy... plus if there are a lot of things you do in your free time you'll never be able to do all of them at once :exactly

I've done a comparison of two styles again :D It's wasn't my intention to do that originally but since I lost the first drawing somehow I sketched it again and then found the first version again... so yeah, I thought it's the best I could do with two similar sketches of the same thing :)

sketch 1 (my first take on it)

sketch 2 (the second take)

I think already in the sketches there are quite a few things to point out. I think you can see the improvement in the second sketch. At least I do; starting with the use of pencil :p Feel free to point out more differences/things I could have done better.

coloured 1 (a new style plus I used my old colouring scheme of Ducky, coloured her yellow rather than very light green...)

coloured 2 (old style)

As you can see, I tried to give Ducky a little shading in the first picture. The editing reduced the effect of that a little but it should be well visible.
Again, feel free to tell me your opinion on the new style, utter critism if you have some to offer and I hope you like it! :yes

EDIT: The next pic will be not related to LBT in any way so keep an eye on my other art thread ;)

I must say that I prefer the second drawing as well.  The detail on the second one is better, in my opinion.  Although if you tried a lighter shading of yellow then the coloration of the first one would be quite good.

Last week's upload is in my non-LBT art thread in case you didn't see it yet :yes

sketch:

coloured:

Tricera love! :lol I really like how this drawing looks like with one exception: I tried something here that didn't work well. I did the outlines with a very hard pencil and now they're poorly visible. The lineart is really fine though :)
Hope you like it! ^^

Well while you did a good job with Tricia. I'm sorry to say that Cera doesn't look that great... Her back leg's are too small, her heads looks too big for her body and her frill is a bit wonky. Forgive me..

It's alright :) The screencap is from the TV series so I might have copied these issues :angel

I like the new picture.  :) I have to agree with Dalekdino about Cera's legs, but if you used a TV series episode as a reference then it is understandable where that issue came from.  Some of the animation in the TV series was inconsistent to put it mildly.  :yes
