Good luck on getting those. Maybe some others can record also and send you a copy if need be.
That would be nice since my DVD recorder isn't very reliable, but I doubt anyone else here besides Action and a few others would have the knowledge to be able to transfer what they record to the computer. Sadly, the members who know how to do that all live outside the US and therefore can't record the shows since these episodes aren't airing outside the US.
It takes many advanced programs to transfer what you record on a DVD player to the computer, especially when size is an issue. I had to use these programs to get the recorded LBT ep onto the computer and onto my site:
Ulead multimedia studio pro
easy video splitter
easy video joiner
allok video joiner (It also repairs AVI's with bad seeking, which I have to do frequently)
windows media player (for a minimal of encoding)
super DVD recoder
a dvd decoding program my friend made
soundmx (to resync the sound after it gets separated from the video)
av music morpher gold
ashampoo movie shrink and burn (the best video compressor I've ever seen)
and some odd audio correction program I needed cuz the sound kept getting corrupted after I recoded the video each time
You could do this another way, but this way produces the best quality video with the lowest possible file size. I had to recode the video nearly a dozen times and resync the audio half that many times. It's no easy task to get the recorded tv episode into 300mb with full DVD quality and 19mb when it's on the site for streaming. The recorded video file was 4,119mb on disk.
