Because of how much bandwith they use, I'm done using animations as avatars unless I can find out some way to make them only a few KBs. I've got more bandwith for the next month now (from today to Sept. 20), but its only 10 GBs, so no more animations.

TPAM should try tinypic for moving avatars. It doesn't require an account and you can put up as many pictures as you want. And I know it's incorporated with photobucket.
