I've been watching NASCAR races for almost as long as I can remember. It was a major influence on my childhood back in the late 1990s (my favorite car back then was the #6 driven by Mark Martin). I somewhat lost a little interest in the late 2000s and early 2010s, but as of the last few years, I've regained enough interest to watch every single race each weekend. (Among the currently active drivers, my favorite is Chase Elliott in the #9 car.)
