The Gang of Five
Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

(it's still raining? I thought the storm is all over...)

"Oh, I'm doing fine, Littlefoot." Chomper answered "But I still hate Sky Water falling on me..." he added with a slight frown., but he quickly replaced it with a smile, when Amy approached him.

"Hello" he said "I don't know where he is now. I'm looking for him myself. The last time I saw Claw was when Redclaw attacked. I thought that you might know where to find him..."

"Find who?" somebody asked. Chomper turned around and saw that creature, who asked this question was no one else, but the one they were just talking about...

Rick turned to Belmont and replied, "Well not much, after you left, Longtail and I continued to talk for a little while...and then once we realized the storm was over, we wondered out into the valley hoping to find someone to talk to and we just so happened to bump into Ducky and her brother Spike."

Longtail then pipped up by saying, "We were all going to go swimming in the nearby pond. Ducky is taking us there now...and I think Cera and Tricia are coming with us as well."

Spike smiled at Belmont and continued eating the ferns nearby.

"That does sound like a good idea.  " Mim said to Petrie.  "I do hope they are not to far off and can be easily found."

Cera, who had been daydreaming, was brought back to reality by Belmont's voice saying her name.

"What about me?" she asked curiously as she approached Belmont.

Amy saw Claw as he was and shivered a bit, seeing those teeth, but at the same time, sensing something was wrong.

Little Foot saw Claw and saw Amy shivering. "Hey...are you okay?" He gently asked her.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Just cold." She hugged herself.

Little Foot shrugged and then went up to Claw, "Hi! That was some nasty storm huh?"

When Mr. Three Horn saw Claw nearby, he snorted and murmured to Tria, "I don't know why this valley takes chances with these carnivores. Aren't we supposed to stay away from them, not let them come in?"

"Good idea" The human replied, getting up. "We've wasted too much time here as it is. I wouldn't be surprised if things had changed quite a bit by now. Never a dull moment around these parts."

Chronicler and Ruby arrived at the cave. Ruby set down the bamboo plants at the edge of the cave. Chronicler grabbed one of the bamboo and sat down. He was about to use the rock to start cutting the leaves and branches off, but he hesitated and and looked at Ruby, who also looked back. After an awkward silence, Chronicler finally said, "Why do insist on staying near me?"

"What do you mean?" asked Ruby.

"It just seems to me that wherever I go, you always have to follow me. I asked you to look for Claw, but instead you chose to stay with me. You even came up with a reasonable excuse for why you wanted to stay with me. Before you say anything, I just want to say this: have you even considered what your friends are thinking about you at this time? They way I'm seeing it, you're spending more time with me - a complete stranger - than with friends that you've known for at least a year."

Ruby thought for a few seconds. "You're right, I haven't really thought about what my friends are thinking about me not being there with them."

"Then why don't you go find them and let them know you haven't been completely ignoring them. I don't need you're help to work on this. Heck, you're the one who would find it helpful to watch me." Realizing what he had just said, he quickly added, "Not that I think you should learn anything from me right here right now."

Ruby didn't say anything. Clearly, she was trying to decide what she would much rather do. Finally, she said, "Why don't you come with me? I'm sure my friends-"

Chronicler cut her off by sighing angrily and saying, "Do you remember how I reacted yesterday? I don't do crowds." He then sighed in frustration. "Alright. Fine. You can stay. You can stay, but tomorrow, I want you to promise you'll do something not related to me. Deal?"

"Deal." Ruby sat down and watched Chronicler as he began to work on the bamboo plant with his sharp rock.

"Me wonder if there  valley where sharpteeth can all live happily and never have to hunt." Petrie said.

"I've never heard of anything like that, not that any plant eater would know about that sort of thing I'd guess." Mim said to Petrie.

"Well, are you guys coming or not?!" Cera asked impatiently before she approached the others.  She then noticed they were looking in the same direction as Amy.

"Oh, for the love of buzzing stingers!  What could you guys possibly be looking at?!" Cera demanded before she looked in the same direction as the others.  When she saw none other than a fastbiter, Cera's eyes went wide as her face drained of all color.

"SHARPTOOTH!" Cera screamed in terror as she turned back around and started to bolt away.  Just then, she felt herself get snatched up by a dinosaur that was quite bigger than her.  When she saw it was Anna, and saw a mischievous expression on her face, Cera became more fearful.

"What are you doing?!" Cera cried out.

"Feeding him," Anna said.  "He requested threehorn for lunch."

"Ahh!  Please no!  I'm your friend!  You'd never do that to me!" Cera cried out again as she squirmed relentlessly.

"Of course not, silly!" Anna said with a chuckle as she shook her head in amusement.  Cera stopped squirming, and realized she must've looked stupid.

"For someone who is sharp as a tack, ya oughta know I'd never do such a thing," Anna said with a giggle as she faced Claw with Cera.  "Besides, I'm sure ya remember Claw?  The fastbiter from the meeting this mornin'?  He's a friend.  Look at him if ya don't believe me."  Cera took a good look at Claw, and realized he was indeed the fastbiter from before.

"Oh, how could I have forgotten about him?" Cera asked as she slapped her own forehead with her right front paw.  "Man, do I feel silly now," she said with a smile as Anna set her on the ground.  As soon as Cera found her bearings, she whipped around to face Anna as her expression changed from a smile to a vengeful expression.

"If you think you're gonna keep pulling funnies on me, then you've got something else coming to you!" Cera said as she pointed her nasal horn at Anna.  Anna giggled in response.

"You're too funny, Cera.  If that's a challenge, I'm willing to accept it.  You're on!" Anna said as she pointed back at Cera.  The two smiled at each other before Anna motioned for her to pay attention to Claw.

"For now, though, we have more important matters to tend to," Anna said.  Meanwhile, Ducky and Tricia could not help but giggle about Anna's stunt on Cera.  Cera was usually the one who pranked the others, and to see the joke on her for a change was rather amusing.

"Hello" Claw responded "Indeed, it was a one big storm and in all that rain I lost my way into the cave" he said the last part more to Chomper than to Littlefoot "Luckily, I found some other shelter, so I didn't get completly wet..."

Claw looked around, noticing how many dinosaurs were there. Perhaps he could ask now, if anybody knew something about black fruits... No! It wasn't the right moment, when so many was focusing on him. If he had question them, they would get curious why is he interested in that matter all of sudden. They would start inquiring him and that might not end well. No. He had to wait till they go about their business. Besides... He needed to ask only some of them, like Chomper and Ruby, who could knew something about curing ill sharptooth (hopefully). If that don't work, then he can also go to Mr Thicknose, since he had a vast knowledge about many things, so maybe he will be able to help too... For now though, Claw had to behave like everything was alright...

"So... What are you doing here anyway?" he asked.

Pangaea threw up his hands in an exaggerated shrug. “Practically nothing,” he replied to Claw. "You?"

He had remained silent for a long time, too shy to strike up any conversations in this large (by his standards) group, but not wanting to leave it either. He hadn't been sure who Claw’s question had been directed at (Probably no one in particular, he figured), so he had taken the opportunity to say something by answering it.

"Like you, I don't have anything to do right now." Claw said. Nothing, but to look for some answers - he thought. He turned to longneck, whose question disturbed him a bit. Why was he so curious?

"Didn't I already say it? I had trouble finding the way to the cave in all that rain, so I decided to wait somewhere else till it's over. Then I've come here. The end." he said.

Amy raised a brow, thinking that she heard some hint of aggravation and anger in Claw's voice.

Little Foot then turned to his grandfather then said, "Hey, Grandpa, Grandma, do you think we should go find the others and take them back here?"

Rebecca smiled at the Longneck and said, "You know, I was thinking maybe having me and Pterano look for those two." She turned to Amy and said, "There is a gap in the wall still isn't? It's just not that big?" Amy nodded in reply.

"Well, if they can come back here, the rest of us can block that hole."

Mr. Three Horn rolled his eyes and exclaimed, "FINALLY! I've been needing to do something all day...I'll go with you and Pterano to make sure no sharp tooth gets in."

Rebecca raised a brow and replied, "Well it's your choice, but if I were you, I would work on actually healing your wounds and not destroying them."

Mr. Three Horn snorted defiantly. "Huh! Three Horns can always get over wounds. Anyone else going to come?"

A few spiketails and other three horns decided to follow Mr. Three Horn and one made a comment, "C'mon, let's go pick at some sharpteeth!"

Mr. Three Horn only nodded in response and then he turned to nuzzle his mate and said, "I'll be back, don't you worry." He smiled. Then he turned to the others and said, "Alright, let's move!"

Rebecca turned to Pterano and asked, "Pterano, would you like to come and look. Two pairs of eyes are better then one."

Grandpa Longneck nodded.  "Yes, I do think they should be found and brought back here.  If some do want to go, I think it would be good if flyers went with them, if any are willing, to help fly up and look for them and any dangerous sharp teeth also." Grandpa Longneck said.

"It does sound like an excellent suggestion." Mim said.

"Who go?" Petrie asked looking around at those present.
