"Well following standard procedures I always do, this way" Khan answered, "though I forgot exactly who laid claim to this section of jungle, you see I've sort of been in and out over the recent seasons...of course that will change now since a family require more stability" he smiled.

"Still let's see what creatures have delusions of owning part of a jungle that's all mi--ours technically" he said as they continued on.

Namita felt she was probably going for a blushing record today, "and here I thought you were just being nice back then" she glanced down. She'd guessed such in the last few moments, but still to hear Bagheera actually say it...

Katuksi smiled, "Thanks Haeso", she wanted to say more in gratitude, but mushy words had always come hard for her, so she let her smile say it.

"The others are just too kiddie to get it I guess" she smirked to 'the others'.

Miko sighed, "Yeah, that's it" he said with a chuckle.

Kyano had to wonder what Miko didn't really like about Katuksi. I mean Kyano thought she was pretty awesome too. He was just to shy with words to actually say it.

"Yeah. I guess you have to be as awesome as us to really understand the awesomeness of you" Haeso said smiling back at Katuski.

Catching Kyano's look, Miko smiled and motioned him a bit out of ear shot of Katuksi at least, "Don't get me wrong, Katuksi's fine and I've known her a while now, it's just...she's always teasing me about how unskillful or babyish I am, so I guess I feel like I should tease back" he shrugged, "I don't know, all in all she's confusing but I guess that's just girls".

Namita smiled again, yet rather than state once more how great Bagheera continued to prove himself to be, she nuzzled up closer to him. It gave her a safe feeling that she liked.

as Allison and Khan made their way through the jungle, Allison could breifly see the two adult panthers in the area (Bagheera and Namita). She breifly waved to them in case they could see her, as a way of saying "hi".

Khan on the other hand, decided that unless Allison all out instigated a talk he was going to ignore their presence, just due to the hard lines that he been drawn ever since the man cub issue had cropped up, as he'd been telling Allison.

Namita gave a nod back though for however far her greeting would go with either.

"Most girls are like that Miko. Girls can be really confusing like that. She sure seems to love Haeso maybe you're not really giving her a fair chance" Kyano said.

"Next is on to the wolves territory" Khan said, "they usually stay in their place while I just pass on for a territory check, though you never know about the adolescence eager to prove themselves".

"No, I'm imagining not" Khan smiled proudly, "especially not against the two of us".

Not that he planned to have his mate fight while pregnant, but as she said, the wolves would probably not try anything.

Kyano smiled. "Yeah, that's good besides I'm sure she's just playing around with ya. Friends tease each other all the time" Kyano said.

Haeso meanwhile felt weird. He couldn't seem to even look at Katuksi without feeling kinda funny. He had never felt this way before.

"Can it be possible that I'm in love with Katuki"? His head asked him. He was starting to develop a real crush on Katuksi.

When Katuksi called him her"Bud" and asked him if he was ok. That made him even more nervous then he all ready was. "Me? Of course I'm ok". Haeso said.

Kyano lifted an eyebrow suspiciously. This didn't sound like Haeso at all.

Miko frowned in confusion as well at Haeso's very odd, for him, behavior.

"Well ok, just checking" Katuksi smiled.

"As I said" Khan began, "there shouldn't be any...".

Yet just as he said this a young teen bounded over with a frown, "What do you want?" it asked, "we don't have Mowgli with us anymore so I'm afraid if you felt like killing innocent children today your out of luck".

"...trouble" Khan finished his sentence to Allison before turning to the young wolf, "take my advice kid, go back home to your den" he said.
