To answer your request in the RP, Ducky is now back at home for bedtime. Cera and Tricia are with their folks. I'm just wandering around the valley trying to look for a place to make my sleeping spot and keeping an eye on things. In real life, I have always tended to be the last one to sleep in the house, and I stay up very late, so I'm passing this onto my character. Anyhoo, Ducky and Cera manage to sneak out and see what I'm up to. We're then conversing for a while before we get attacked by some sharpteeth (fastbiters). We then fight off the fastbiters, but not without a couple of close calls

"Thomas" is in transit, going from one place to another. Pterano is in his makeshift nest. As for Tria, she is looking for her mate, and in a recent post, Topsy has made contact with her too.

Petrie is flying with his mother back to where her nest is. Mim is heading off to where she normally sleeps, somewhere near where the swimmers normally have their nests. Grandpa Longneck and Flapper are talking and likely to head soon to where Grandpa Longneck's sleeping area is.

LBTFan13: The way I understand it is, each RPer is transported to the LBT universe as either his or her self (i.e., their human selves) or an equivalent "dinosona" (a dinosaur body of the player's choice), and from then on has the option to switch between the two forms. Some players seem to arrive with the instinctive knowledge that they can shape-shift; others arrive not knowing they have that ability, and must discover it for themselves; some choose not to change at all. It is entirely your choice. I, for instance, chose to arrive as a dinosaur (a red Microraptor; the same species as Guido), and remain a dinosaur, even after my character learned that changing forms was possible. Likewise, you can, if you like, choose to remain a human, and never adopt a "dinosona". (Personally I think being a dinosaur is the second best part of the RP, other than the chance to meet your favorite LBT characters.

) Again, it's all your decision.

If possible, I would really, really, REALLY like a chance to meet up with you three after that.

Well in that case, Zaine and I are at some clearing right now. If I do decide to develop a dinosa, it will be either a fast biter or a longneck. I've always wanted to be a longneck, but being a fast biter would create controversy with Zaine which could be cool. I haven't decided yet.

Oh, and by the way, Guido and I are currently in the middle of a forest (we're looking for fruit for me to eat, as I'm too squeamish to eat crawlers

), where Amy (Rat_lady7) has just spotted us. Screech (who attacked my character when I first arrived) will run into us while he is sneaking through the forest in search of the gang, and chase us until we encounter Chronicler (who is with Ruby), who apparently has a little something in store for Screech (and possibly Thud as well). Guido and I might need to give Amy some impromptu gliding lessons to help her escape Screech, as the two of us will probably be gliding away from him ourselves.

EDIT: I just had another thought: maybe f-22 and I could have Thud and Screech "recruit" a few other fast biters to assist us in raiding the Great Valley (thus providing CT's characters with the opponents they end up fighting off).

As for what I plan to do: I want to know Great Valley better, learn some useful skills from the people who have more experience in being dinosaurs (not to mention I wish to know how to speak in sharptooth). Then, I will think up something else to do.

I am with the rainbow faces walking to their sleeping spot. As for thud I plan for him to get close to amy then be cut off by me and after I caculate the size and weight difference I will battle thud which will go on until he gives me a rather large scratch like Doc's. Hmm...your plan seems to conflict a little with my plan. We may need to work something out.

Amy is with me and Guido right now, and as I mentioned I planned for the three of us to be chased by Screech. If you want Amy to be your catalyst for your fight with Thud, then you'd probably also have to fight Screech as well. So here's another thought: My character will draw Screech away from Amy, who will then be attacked by Thud. Then you can step in and go through with your plan, after which Guido and I show up, still being chased by Screech. With both fast biters in one place, Chronicler can then go through with his plan.

Of course, I want Rat_lady7 to have a say in this as well. I imagine she'd want to do more than just run from fast biters and be repeatedly saved by people.
