"I'll be glad to have this wall fixed," Cera said as she, Tricia, Anna, and Ducky all kept up with the others.
"Me too, yep yep yep," Ducky agreed as she rode on Cera's back. Ducky did not want Anna carrying her for fear she would worsen her new friend's injury somehow.
"Y'all can say that again. If those bas--, uh, I mean morons get in the valley again, who knows what could happen? Besides, it ain't easy fightin' with one arm," Anna chuckled. "I could always use my arm, but I don't wanna aggravate the gash if I can help it." Just then, they heard a baby dinosaur cry out from somewhere behind them. They quickly turned around, and saw it was Tricia. The baby threehorn was crying as she was obviously trying to keep up with the others but could not.
"Oh, Tricia! I'm sorry," Cera said compassionately as the trio waited for Tricia to catch up. As soon as Tricia caught up, she nuzzled Cera's left front leg as she still cried.
"It's okay, Tricia. There's no need to be upset anymore," Cera whispered as she gently nuzzled Tricia. Anna then noticed Tricia was panting heavily.
"Cera, I think she's exhausted. May I carry her?" Anna asked.
"But, your arm..."
"It's okay, Cera," Anna gently interrupted Cera. "I can carry her with my good arm."
"Are you sure, Anna? I do not want you to get hurt more, oh no no no," Ducky said in a concerned fashion.
"I really appreciate your concerns, but I'll be fine. Watch," Anna said before she bent down, gently scooped her hand under Tricia so her hand rested on Tricia's sternum, and carefully lifted Tricia. Tricia giggled as Anna brought her up and carried her in her left arm like the way humans carry their babies in one arm. Anna was surprised at how light Tricia actually was. Cera and Ducky just stared in amazement.
"I've never seen a baby held like that before," Cera said.
"Even Mama does not hold babies like that, no no no!" Ducky added.
"Well, this is how humans carry their babies," Anna replied.
"That is interesting. It is, it is," Ducky said.
"It really is," Cera said. "Well, let's get moving." Not more than a minute had passed since they started walking again that Anna heard a very cute yawn. She looked down in time to see Tricia rest her head on Anna's shoulder and fall asleep.
