February 15 – “Filli Vanilli”: When a member of the singing group, the Ponytones, has to drop out of an important performance, Fluttershy takes drastic measures to ensure that the show goes on.

February 22 – “Twilight Time”: The Cutie Mark Crusaders are thrilled when Twilight offers to help them with their studies. However, problems arise when the girls realize they can use their relationship with Twilight to increase their popularity.

In this one, Discord gets sick and the mane six need to take care of him. However, it's Twilight's patience that wears thin on this one. I wonder if he's just trolling, like always.

I enjoyed the episode overall. Though I'd have to watch it another time or 2 to get my full feelings. I did enjoy the twist ending.

Definitely another great episode. You can always expect crazy humor with Discord around.

I honestly didn't know what kind of song to expect from him, but once I saw and heard it, I knew that it fit perfectly for his type of character. It was also nice to see Twilight and Cadance working together. I also liked that "health bubble" spell Cadance used to protect herself and Twilight. Especially when Discord got what he deserved for playing sick by ending up sick for real. But what I really liked the most from this episode was that cameo appearance of Flash Sentry. I actually like that Equestria Girls movie, so I thought it was nice to see him (pony version, of course) appear in the actual show, even as just a cameo.

Thank you latest episode for giving me the decisive evidence that EQG is cannon! The haters have no more defense against such a claim now.

Anyways, this episode was just enjoyable. Discord always brings in the comedy quite nicely every time he's around. This time was definitely no exception.

I just knew he was faking it before the episode even aired. I also had a feeling karma would come for him by the end of the episode, and I was right.

As for Discord's Song, I swear that I have heard the tune of it somewhere before, but I can't figure out where. I agree that it does fit him quite well though.

All in all, a really good episode, and one of the best of the season so far. I definitely enjoyed it.

Next up, Weird Al! Can't wait!

After reading the transcript and watching the episode a second time on the Hub website, I noticed that two geographical references were made. The first was at the Starswirl museum, where Cadance pointed out a candle that was used in the caverns of Maretania (referring to the country of Mauritania in Africa). The other was in Discords song, where he asked for pastries from Abyssinia (actually the name of a real place, better known today as Ethiopia). As someone who likes geography, I found all of this to be quite interesting.

Thanks, I downloaded it, but I won't watch it till it streams on Saturday morning. I downloaded it in case I could not find a 720 version later. Though this version is 480, in the best resolution I could find. Handy for those who have schedules where watching the episode live is a problem.

Okay, a few things I want to say about tomorrow's episode.

First off, the original source of the link I gave was not from a leak. In reality, it was put onto Google Play early by Hasbro themselves. Yep, they did that!

Second, there are several songs in the episode and the ones that Weird Al sang was pretty much what I expected out of him. I pretty much can't hate his music even if I wanted to.

I overall liked it. It was a fun episode to watch. Lots of songs. Was great seeing Weird Al on the show. Hope Cheese Sandwich makes a return.

I've got one word for this episode, just one word: Epic.

There was definitely no shortage of funny moments here. My favorite moment was when Cheese Sandwich started singing "Smile, smile, smile" and Pinkie goes "Hey! That's my song!" (clearly a reference to the fact that Weird Al does song parodies)

Speaking of songs, I anticipated there would be a lot in this episode, so I had decided to keep count as I watched, and came up with a total of seven songs (surpassing even Magical Mystery Cure, the season 3 finale). I can't even remember half of them, but they certainly helped to move the episode along.

I also liked seeing that flashback that not only explained Cheese Sandwich's backstory, but also showed him, Pinkie Pie, and other background characters as foals. I would not be surprised to see fanart of this soon afterward.

As I had expected, Pinkie Pie had her "rainbow moment" in this episode, and received a gift from Cheese Sandwich. What was this gift? A rubber chicken. I had not anticipated that, but in hindsight, I probably should have.

A good episode indeed, and I can easily see this one becoming a fan favorite.

Just realized thinking about it. That the rubber chicken has come full circle. Cheese Sandwich got it in Ponyville and he gives it to Pinkie while in Ponyville. Also it looks like Cheese Sandwich ran away from home and traveled for the remainder of his childhood.

You know the one "big-overreacting" complaint I saw with this episode? It's that some say that Cheese Sandwich is a male version of Pinkie Pie. Oh boy! How I would love to go into a little rant that pretty much would shut them up and make them look like idiots in the end.

Anyways, really enjoyed the episode. I just couldn't help but love it!

The songs were good, the storyline was WAY more than enjoyable and Weird Al was just a blast the whole way through.

There's really nothing I can hate with this one. They did a great job with this one.

Let's see, what was the next one again? Oh yes! The Love Triangle Episode! I'll definitely watch that one, just to see if Hasbro can be one of the companies that does something right with this kind of thing for a change.
